I’ve been using the device once a quarter for the past year. Compared to other devices on the market available for purchase without a prescription this is the best UI I particularly like the ability to go back and look at my glucose over please. I also like at this will calculate and AUC for spikes. The device is same as the older generation of freestyle. I’ve had one interaction with the customer service team, which was excellent. Overall, I think it’s a very good value for the price. I highly recommend.
The app could be better
My GCM options are limited
What I didn’t like about Lingo was the app, the sensor was fine. Each of my concerns below reduced my rating by 1 star.1) my sensor came off before the two week cycle was up. I put on a new sensor but nowhere in the app could I find where to sync the new sensor to my phone. It was only after the 2 week sensor cycle was up before I could sync my newly applied sensor to my phone. I would prefer to have the option to sync a new sensor at any point in time.2) if you don’t check your data often, it takes a while for the app to catch up. It seemed like the longer I went without looking at my data, the longer it took the app to calculate my data. I would prefer to have my numbers and graphs readily available the minute I open the app. Please note I am not referring to the initial 1 hour sync time it takes after applying a new sensor.3) Lingo count- it tells you if you are in range and gives you a Lingo count number that would indicate if you are managing your sugar well. But the number is not 1:1 with your A1C. I would prefer it to tell me what my A1C is and has been. When you draw blood, the lab doesn’t give you a lingo count, it gives you your A1CConsidering I am not on insulin, my GCM options are limited.
better than nothing but...

Several serious issues--if you're on vitamin supplements, readings may not be accurate---when you get a daily average it ignores any readings below minimum health range or above 200 instead of at least using 200 or 70 to calculate the average when the reading is above or below it just ignores entirely so 10 minutes in healthy range and the rest of the day too high or too low results in a daily average that looks healthy, but isn't at least using the minimum that's been violated would give some indication of what the real daily average is and that there is a problem

unfortunately, I am type two and my Medicare insurance will not cover CGM. I was encouraged as a nurse by a doctor to obtain one and how much it helped her.. After much frustration on my Facebook page, I found advertisements for your lingo. Couldn’t believe. That I didn’t need a prescription from the doctor which I’m sure they would’ve gave me anyway because you don’t take insurance. I am worth $48 every two weeks to keep myself in line and it has.helped me immensely .
