PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE! Bring back the ability to sign in with fingerprint! I had to upgrade my iPhone at the end of last year. I was able to sign in using my fingerprint like I did with my iPhone 5, but that soon changed. I’m assuming there was a software update for my phone because at some time in Jan 2018, I was no longer able to sign in. I had a heck of a time with it and tried getting help through customer service (phone call) AND visiting a local branch to try to figure out how to get the option to open the app with my fingerprint, again. The branch people were just as frustrated as I was and said that you all were probably aware of the problem and working on it. We’re almost 9 months later and still no fix in sight. Frustration #2: I had to come up with a new password and it has so many stipulations on what it can or cannot be that I ended up choosing one that Apple produced for me. Do you know how frustrating it is to have to recall this new, convoluted password EVERY DANG TIME I need to access my account from the app?!?!?! With all said, I like the ease of use of the app once I’m in it. But I rarely use it any more. At least I’m now able to see my balances with a tap, but it sure is perplexing why you allow that but I cannot make a deposit without having to sign in?!?!?? Bizarre....

I downloaded this app in hopes of making it easier for me to pay my Bank of America credit card bill when I don't have time to sit at a computer. Turned out there is NO option for customizing the amount I want to pay towards the bill. The options are : Pay the minimum due; Pay the full balance owed; and Pay the statement balance. I want to pay more than the minimum, but less than the full balance/statement balance. There is no option to make a customized payment amount. I am uninstalling the app after posting this review. It's utterly useless for the one thing I downloaded it to do. I'll just continue making payments via a computer and their website.Another thing that annoyed me about the app - it doesn't seem to save my notification settings. When I selected both "email" and "text" for a particular notification, it would only save the "email" selection.Third annoyance - when I added special deal offers, instead of simply putting a check mark next to the deal to show it has been added, it goes into a full screen loading mode and then I have to hit the "Back" button to go back to the full page list of deals to select another deal offer. It was so annoying and time consuming. I still give the app 3 stars for having a good layout that is easy enough to understand, and for the incredible granularity over what notifications I get and how I want to get them (email or text) but one star was taken away for not saving BOTH email and text notifications preference.

The rewards program is messed up!
Rethinking my Bank choice!
For the last three days when I go the the rewards program to enable the latest stores, I have more than 60 stores to add. They are all or mostly the same ones I did the day before and that I can see are already enabled. But because there are so many I’m afraid I might have missed something I do it all again. This is very time consuming because it’s not easy to add a company to my list. (You need to work on that too). You hit the company then you have to hit done. Why can’t we just pick the companies and they just add to our list. I add them all cause I never know what I might be purchasing. When you add coupons at store websites you just have to hit the coupon and it adds. Surely you have someone in your employment smart enough to do it. If not, maybe I need a smarter bank!!I apparently wrote that review a while ago. But the same thing is true. I like to add all the cash backs to my accounts so that I save money. But to do that I have to do each one individually and that takes lots of time. Why can’t you automatically add them to peoples accounts or at the least, put one button at the top to add all the new ones. People could then pick and choose which ones they want or add all of them if they want. I just added 30 new ones. And it’s not easy. Most of the time after you have added a new one you have to hit it at least twice to get it to go way to add another one. Very time consuming! Please fix it!

I had issues before was falsely explained how to resolve my issue and they mislead everyone. Don’t waste your time trying to explain issues to representatives they have no power in resolving your issue they just read what’s on their computer screen back to you and won’t resolve a thing. Thanks to technology everything is computer generated and the computer will decide what gets paid and what doesn’t get paid. I had a pending truck payment for Ford credit. For 3 days it was pending and money was not available to me. It was the first transaction that was on Friday morning on my account pending. So the money was not available to me for pending item. By Friday afternoon other items became pending which was not pending in the morning. Saturday pending Sunday pending I posted this payment on Thursday like the representative told me to do because of last months same issue for posting the payment on Friday. Monday morning truck payment for Ford disappears and everything from apple items threw the weekend went threw but truck payment was not paid! It literally disappeared on the account and didn’t get paid Ford credit thinks they received the money now but it’s about to be returned. And they really screwed me over. Representative went as far to tell me to pay them cash. What is the point of having this checking account to pay bills then! The representative doesn’t even know what to do to resolve this they have no power to pay them and return the payments to the other items that I didn’t even know was going to be charged. Representative is full of pre-training excuses. I suggest you do not use this bank trust me I’m closing my accounts.
