Awful bedside manner. Lack of concern for patients health or overall care, even after major crisis events! Doesn’t want to take responsibility for anything he’s ordered, like labs, try’s to push back on every other doctor he possibly can, so today’s virtual, I had all backups to his “pawn” patient off to anyone else but him & he still gave me the answer that he ordered labs & some are extremely off, but he claimed he didn’t order them, but I had already confirmed he did! So I pushed back and told him he should have been monitoring my husband from the first lab results with everything being too high or too low and he still said he’s not my patient! I told him he’s got 4 weeks of labs that he hasn’t even touched & YES HE IS THE TREATING DOCTOR-BECAUSE HIS NAME IS LISTED AS “ORDERING” DOCTOR!He said that’s he’s PCP’s responsibility! I explain we been twice and they were honest by letting us know what some of the dangerous highs and lows meant because it wasn’t their specialty! He still didn’t seem to care. He told me find a Kidney doctor and ask them, no matter if no Nephrologist saw him during his 10 day stay at Harris DTWN, for emergency spinal surgery! In
Great app, flaw in amount of numbers per account

This app has a lot of strength. Where it is extremely weak and has been a giant pain is for minors as only one phone number can be linked to an account so both parents can’t both talk to a provider via the messaging. I get especially in cases of divorce how both parents may not want all messages seen to a provider perhaps in some situations but at least both parents should be able to have independent access. Additionally with time another issue pops up that if the minor gets their own phone and is working/driving and doing more of their own schedule access they also can’t get access to the app via their phone unless removing the main parent contact. It should do something like allow up to 5 contacts per account allowing for situations with two active step parents and an older teen with a phone. All individuals involved in caretaking etc. should have access.

Thank you for the thoughtful feedback! You're touching on a real limitation and you're not alone in feeling it. Being able to support multiple contacts per account, whether that's two parents, a caregiver, or an older teen getting more independence, is one of the most requested features we hear about. We do want to note that our terms of use require users to be 18+, but the underlying need you're describing, giving multiple caretakers independent access to communicate with a provider, is something we completely understand and agree needs a better solution. We're actively re-architecting the app and hope to be able to support this kind of functionality soon. We really appreciate you taking the time to lay this out so clearly!
Awesome!
ddc!!
Both the app and the computer version are user-friendly and pretty self-explanatory. I have no complaints for either version with the exception of whenever I’m needing to add new diagnosis codes to a patient’s existing profiles/charges. For my particular job, multiple people enter charges on the same patient. If I try to enter diagnosis codes for a visit prior to (earlier than) the current date and time and or after a prior person’s entry, the diagnosis codes will not be saved for subsequent entries thereafter. Basically, if somebody enters a charge for a patient today and I need to enter one for yesterday plus a few new codes, they won’t save for any subsequent entries after that. The codes only remain if entered on the most current date and time. Sounds slightly confusing, but other than that pMD is great.

Hello! Thank you for the feedback and review. We want to make sure we understand what you need here:Lets say we have Patient A.First, Provider 1 enters a visit for 09/15Then, Provider 2 enters a visit for the day before, 09/14Are you expecting that:1) if Provider 2 enters a visit on 09/16, that the dx codes from the 09/14 will show?or2) The visit Provider 1 entered would update with the codes from 09/14?Please reach out to us at support@pmd.com so we can better help you and understand this request! Feel CC Julia (jsakalus@pmd.com) who will be able to evaluate this.
