HOMEGATE has transformed real estate in Switzerland! One more step to oblige sellers to show prices and the APP would be perfect. No more PRICE ON REQUEST!At least , please make the sellers put their houses in price categories. If I only have 1.5 million Swiss Francs, I don’t need to contact the homes over 3 million.I can also imagine it is bothersome for the sellers to answer emails to buyers who are not in their category.
