This is the worst app I’ve ever used. The “Remember me” doesn’t work and I have to constantly login every week or two. The app won’t integrate with the website information: 1) If I made my reservation through the website, it NEVER comes up in the app and I have to manually update it; 2) at least 50% of the time I check in on the app, I have to reclaim my miles (I’m GoldSky, so that’s a lot of work on my end as I travel Azores Airlines a lot, and it happens about 25% of the time otherwise whether I book it myself or through a travel agent even when I’m not using the app, which is horrible customer service for its frequent fliers). Making reservations is very difficult. The app often doesn’t work if I have my VPN engaged, putting my phone at risk to disable the VPN to use the app. The UX is not intuitive and frustrating to use. I have complained to SATA directly about the app. Updates to the app are superficial at best. Looking forward to the Atlantic Connect Group takeover. There is tremendous productivity lost in terrible inefficiencies such as this app.

I don’t know who developed this app, but they need to be fired . Trying to check in online is a joke! I signed out and tried to sign back in to my account and it wouldn’t allow me ; saying that there was something wrong with my password. yet I had saved my password, then to reset my password they were to send me an email… no email. tried to contact them via phone and there is no information nobody knows anything and then they tell you to send an email Also, they can’t tell you when your email request would be answered. What kind of apt is this they can’t even allow you to reset an a password.

This app is trash. First off, to make an account you have to enter your birthdate and you have to hit the back button by month until you hit your birth month and year. Super annoying. After logging in with the temporary password it is supposed to prompt you to create a new one. It doesn’t. I was able to check in on the website but I received no proof whatsoever that I checked in. No email, no texts, it doesn’t show up in the app. What a joke. Don’t even bother with this stupid useless app.

I wish zero stars was an option; agree with previous reviews that developer should be fired. They would be better not having an app at all - it does almost nothing, never works, exits randomly, login process is a PIA. Airline isn’t any better.As a public service announcement - if you are flying Azores / SATA, don’t bother with the app - worse than a waste of time! The only good thing is that you will hopefully land in the azores at some point which is a beautiful part of the world
