I don't have the time to be sitting waiting for Tech support. The pearl module needs to constantly be restarted. I'm constantly getting error messages saying it cannot connect at this time. Then it works fine for a week or so then it starts all over. I finally downloaded GotoMyPC on my phone. That works much better. If I had to do it over again I would not have spent the money, it's a waste.

so far, we're very pleased with this little app - we can pull up patient and scheduling information on the go. We like having the link to call our patients' pharmacies when the need arises and leave night call notes as well. seeing our referral sources has be been useful on the go as well. We also got to see some of the new features coming in the update at the user meeting in atlanta last weekend. We've been a softdent office for over 15 years.

Can not say enough good things, set up was not difficult, consistent linkage to office server, GREAT tool not just a toy! Have booked several new pt appt's when away from office that might have never called if I just gave them a business card and said call me! Makes the practice appear high tech, from the positive side.

I am a frequent user of the app- imaging is an issue- does not consistently open . Two or more years between updates. If you make post op calls to your patients you can easily dictate a note. The dictation integrates well with my iPhone.You can look up patients or referrals for after hours phone calls, however, you may not be able to down load a radiograph to review (even with excellent Wi-Fi or cellular signal).Carestream has multiple monthly charges for the app on one deviceI now have Citrix virtual desktop- and go to my PC- may be a better and less expensive solution in the long run- updates are more frequent
