“Simplistic, intuitive, and polished. Open Home Pro was what my open houses were missing. It elevates my clients’ and customers’ perceptions of me as an agent, and it allows for real-time, hands-on interaction. A must-have for professionals at the top of their game.”
- Anthony West, The Luxury Life KC at Moffitt Realty
This is huge game changer and easy to use. I found that when asking for contact information at open houses people tend to snarl when being asked with pen and paper. They typically dont want to give it out. But for whatever reason people are drawn to the iPad and freely without complaint they just provide it. I have mine set up just for name, email, and number. But you can modify it to ask whatever questions you wanted. Plus whether you have bad handwriting or they have bad handwriting, it doesn’t matter. It’s still legible and you can easily capture a lead without issues. My biggest and only complaint is attendee note taking. The best thing about this app is I can add notes to people who signed in to my open house. So if I want to note that they were destructive or gave me concerns or to remind me to send background check if my open house is for a rental I can look back it. My complaint is if I make a note and the. Save it and then I decide to add another note, I can’t see my previous notes. That’s my biggest complaint. If someone could reach out to me to discuss to make sure I’m. Or doing anything wrong I would appreciate it. But other than this is a great app and the bulk of it is free. The stuff that truly matters is free. :)
A good start

This is useful because open house attenders seem to be more compliant about "signing in" using the app than they are on paper. Also, you can't always read their writing but their typing is usually correct. It's also useful that I can add notes about each visitor after they have signed in. However, the app won't let you look at the info that someone has entered nor at the notes you've already entered until you "end" the Open House. Then, the print out that you get after the Open House puts all the visitors in a different order than how they signed in. This is very unhelpful when you are trying to remember a lot of new people. Also, the interface for modifying the questions asked is clumsy and won't let you modify an existing question. You have to delete and start over. This app just needs a little more power.
Good app but needs to be updated

\I’ve been using the open home pro app for about two years and it is great for getting all the information without having to deal with the mess of peoples hand writing or getting wrong information on sign in sheets from guests at an open houses. I just recently ran into a glitch where the screen would freeze after the last question and when i closed the app to restart it I lost all my leads for that day. Other than that I think, the app is very useful
Exceeded lead limit

The app allowed me to create one last open house. After I was done I tried to go back and look at my open house report. I had a message about upgrading to premium. My leads were locked. I could not get in to view the leads at all. The only way is to upgrade. If someone exceeds the limits of a free trial for open houses, why allow them to schedule and close and open house in the first place? I would’ve gladly upgraded at the next open house had the app blocked me from creating the open house in the first place. Now, I’m going to look elsewhere for an open house app. I host opens every single weekend both Saturday and Sunday. I have received so many compliments from buyers and agents alike, about this app. Now, I’m not so sure I want to ever use this app or positively advertise it to attendees and agents at my open houses.
