This app was great! But you changed the way it looks and it’s now not functioning as well. Logging in is laggy, and I often get a message to try again. Once in, when I click on an account, a pop up tells me to try again. I have to try again about 5 times before gaining access. Then, going into alerts and it pops up and says try again and I can’t even go back because it didn’t load properly. Before this overhaul of the look of the app happened I would have given 5 stars, but now it’s making me wonder if I should change banks!

I have been with Bank of Texas for many years and have never been disappointed. They have always gone the extra mile to make sure everything was right. Every person I have worked with has cheerfully made every transaction easy, even when there have been extenuating and frustrating circumstances. I cannot overstate how much I appreciate every person I work with which include Carolyn Laurence, Charlie Bogan, Audrey DeLeon and Marcos. I will be with Bank of Texas, as they say, for the rest of my life!

I’ve been with the bank for y’all show 22 years but I got divorced and so you need to add seven more years on there because that’s when I started at seven years before the 22 anyway I love the bank I’ve had no problem they’ve helped me with everything any problems I have I always go to the bank and they straighten it out. I would not go to another bank. Bank of Texas and Lake Worth is the banker will always use never change.

I just can't stand it any longer! It's even worse now! I do my checkbook on my phone and look at my back account while on the phone. For years I've been able to toggle back and forth between the two! Then a few months ago I started to be logged out after so many toggles or a long toggle between the two. Now every single time I try to toggle back and forth it logs me out! I have to be inconvenienced to go sit at a computer so I can do my checkbook on line please fix it to where it logs you out after a long period! This is insane that o can't toggle between apps!
