Love being able to access my accounts and deposit checks remotely. On two separate occasions now I have received text messages from the app confirming receipt of a deposit, and every hour on the hour for the next ten hours I receive the same text message confirming the same deposit over and over. Calling to report the problem hasn't resulted in getting it fixed. I tried turning off notifications but that didn't work either. Concerning.

It is very concerning that I have had issues logging into to my account through this app and on the web. When I called in this evening, the call center, a 3rd party group, was not able to give me any answers as to why the system is down. I said I would call the bank in the morning and was told the rep from the call center said she didn’t think the bank would be able to tell me anything as to why the system is down. I will still try and see if I can get answers in the morning but this is a big red flag! I’ve been banking with 1st Nor Cal for 30+ years and am heavily considering going with a different bank.

This is the worst app I have ever used. You would think when it comes to people’s money that they would make sure their app actually works, but nope! There have been several times that I have needed to access my account and move money around and have not been able to, sometimes for days at a time. Makes me want to close my account and move to BMO or Chase. Get it together already. This app has existed for years and the issue continues to persist.

Might be the worst app I’ve ever used. To register as a new user, you have to search around the app. I found it under the FAQ section, why isn’t it on the main page? Then after you enter your email to register it says it will send you a temporary password via email. Well, it’s been hours and still no email (I proof read it twice). It’s an unusable pile of trash, whoever paid to have this thing made should ask for their money back. I hope the rest of the credit union works better than this app.
