This app helped me with my 30-lb. weight loss four years ago and, just as important, it has been extremely helpful in keeping my weight steady ever since. There have been some nice improvements and additions over the past few years, such as being able to track body fat and automatically calculate BMI; however, I’d love to also have the ability to track muscle mass. (My older Omron, non-Bluetooth, scale tracks weight, BMI, body fat, muscle, RM kcal, body age and visceral fat, so I always enter the extra stats into the “Notes” section of this app.) I have tried other weight-loss/weight-control apps, including a few that also synced with Apple Health, but Weight Diary is my absolute favorite and the only one I use every day.UPDATE 2023: Still love this app, but would love it even more if I could also track muscle mass, as well as weight, body fat, and BMI. Regardless, Weight Diary is a great app, so “TYVM!” and keep up the good work!😎
