Love this app because it's SIMPLE. It's not a life tracker, no. It's not myfitnesspal, it doesn't track food or macros or exercise. It just tracks weight and calories: the two most important things for anyone trying to lose weight. I like it because it clearly shows my current weight and list all the weigh-ins from the past weeks so I can see my progress. It also shows me my average calorie deficit over time based on the weight I've lost and my average weight lost per week. Tracking my life can make me crazy, and with this app I can just track the fun stuff. It is a tool that gives me motivation to keep working hard so I can watch the number on the scale go down from week to week. Great app!
No fuss, perfect
I don’t want to make weight loss more complicated than it is. Eat less, eat right, move more. Not interested in logging every calorie & measuring my food down to the last gram. This app is perfect for visually seeing the ups & downs of your weigh-ins over a long term period helping you see how you’re doing towards your goal. I love how much information it gives, yet is just so simple. Good job to whoever created this! Thanks!
Accountability w/o Obsession
Love the free version of this app, it does what I needed, remove the obsession with tracking every calorie in and out, and use weight as a data point to observe what happens day by day, somewhat correlating to choices with food and movement. Helped me lose 8 pounds in 10 months without dieting. Slow, sure, but I know I win gain it back. Thank goodness is what I say!! Thanks team, for keeping it simple.
