I love the app, however I just changed my phone to an IPhone 14 pro, and it won’t let me deposit a check. The camera shows a blurry image and a message that says: ROTATE YOHR DEVICE TO CONTINUE YOUR DEPOSIT.I rotated it, but didn’t work. And yes I made sure the camera was allowed to use with the app. And turned off Lock Screen. Tried it several times it just won’t allow me. I used an iPad and it worked. My iPhone did allow me to deposit a check with other bank apps.
Not easy to use with credit cards and loans after transitioning to the new system.

After the latest update or transitioning to the new credit card system, this Noble app is not friendly user with voiceover people anymore because we cannot input any required information or add any account while using voiceover to make payments to credit cards. We cannot transfer money from credit card to our checking account or other members like the old system. I am thinking about paying my credit card then look for a new account at a different institution. I use to love and stay with Noble since 2018, but maybe now it’s time to find a new bank and open a credit card there instead because of the new update to credit cards at this bank. I love the old system more than the new system because you could see all your transaction history in your credit card or loan accounts right away. With this new system, you will have to wait for a few days to see any payments or transaction reflect on your credit card or loan account. I went to a local branch and they told me to wait for a few days to see it reflected on my account so I have to wait for now. Maybe after paying my credit card then I might look for a new bank and use that instead.

Nope this bank is super annoying to deal with. The app is easy to use but if you’re looking at reviews to see if you should get an account there, don’t do it. For some reason it wasn’t telling me where some of my money was going. Having other problems as well. You’re better off at Golden 1 or Capital. Also, when I got scammed out of 900 dollars so I went to my local bank and they told me I was gonna get credit back but when I was talking to the fraud person they told me I was going to get denied all because I “participated” in it. Not only that but the person I was talking to over the phone was basically calling me an idiot for getting scammed. I was already at my lowest but they made me feel even worse. Btw I got scammed because I was trying to verify my card and the scammer told me that I had to send over money in order to verify my bank. This bank lifted my spirits for nothing and when it came down for me following up on the claim, I was told about how dumb I was by the lady on the phone. Never again. One of the most traumatic experiences of my life because I had to pay for rent or else I was going to get kicked out.
I have never disliked a bank so much.

Too many times I’ve gone to use my card and it gets declined. I try to look online, but it says it’s unavailable. So I go to the atm to check balances and pull money, but that is unavailable too. You can try calling, but their customer service is only open weekdays from 9-6. The only thing you can do is wait until the next day and hope it’s back up and running. They never give any notice of updates happening, or reason as to why I can’t access MY money. Absolutely ridiculous. T-mobile loses service for an hour and the government investigates. We can’t use our money for hours, and no one asks what happened?? I am leaving this bank. I don’t care about them knowing my name when I walk through the door or offering better rates for auto loans I won’t get approved for. Chase has the ability to let me access my money 24 hours a day. If I have a problem, I can speak to someone 24 hours a day. The cons outweigh the pros with Nobile CU. Not satisfied at all.
