Even though I gave the app four stars dose not mean that I didn’t have issues trying to create the account. One of the cashiers at the love store that I downloaded the app from being over an hour trying to help me to get the account set up. The issue was that I had to have Wi-Fi in order to download and install the app and whenever I tried to install the appI couldn’t because I didn’t have Wi-Fi to connect even though I was trying to connect as a guest. Send me round and round and round and round and round. If you’re going to require Wi-Fi to create download install an app you need to make it possible for a client to get past the requirement for having Wi-Fi login do you download the app. Took way too much time at the store trying to get logged in and he was going to load a card of some kind on when you said that for the trip that I’ve been known he could upload all the purchases that I made for gas in other items into the account for the points. Now that I’m away from the store I’m not sure what I’m going to be able to do to load all those receipts. I did finally get the app loaded in the account I created because I had Wi-Fi here at my sisters house in Kingman AZ. I was able to complete the process in a matter of a minute or less with her Wi-Fi. on second thought maybe I should’ve only given the app one star because of all the palms a.m. and can’t see how to load receipts that has never been entered into a session with the app. But it does look like a pretty decent app and as much as we use Love’s hopefully it will come in handy down the road. Our home is quite a distance away from here. We live in Bixby Oklahoma.

Love travel center store I had terrible customer service experience

I have walked into the love store in Meadowview, VA on September 22, 2017 with the lost card status (have all informations on the card and active) Comdata fuel card and my driver license ID card. I was told by the cashier that I will not be able to purchase a fuel. I asked why and he didn't know how to do it. The manager came and said we have call comdata for approval and the cashier call comdata and told me to call my company. I have called my company landstar and I was told that my card is active and good, the cashier should be able to run it manually and it works fine initially. However, even though I was trying to share my experience with the store manager about how different stores did it, but he didn't want to listen and again told the cashier to call comdata. Comdat personal told the cashier and manager to run it manually with my information and they did it and it was working fine. Finally, I have able to get my fuel of 113.7 gallons and 5.025 gallons diesel and def, but got charged $3.00 for cash advance. When I asked why I was charged fees while I am fueling? I was told that it's on the wall displayed and written, It's my fault for not reading it. I have asked again why you didn't notify me in advance that I will be getting charged fees for cash advance? I was told to leave the store. I asked for his name (Anikit Patel) to make a complaint and he was extremely mad at me and called landstar complaining that he didn't like my behavior.

The My Loves Rewards program is interesting not as rewarding as it’s marketing group would like you to think. It also deletes any accumulated awards if the app is not used during a certain period of time. This is not the case with The Pilot and Flying J program which stores your rewards/ points indefinitely and there for you when “YOU” are ready to use. Also when trying to attempt to contact the Loves customer service department on behalf of my transportation staff… It’s ridiculously slow and of no use… Absolutely no attempt by Love’s to resolve the issue of their rewards accounts being correctly re- activated with past points being retroactively restored…. It’s a shame… Because some of our staff actually like stopping at some of the Loves locations…. But if you’re going to offer an incentive program and then not stand behind it… There is no incentive do you stop and spend money at a Loves location.Update:Again no real effort by Loves customer service to resolve this issue. They sent us a response via Apple developer portal with essentially the same nonsense about reaching out to them via Loves app which is useless and then if you want further assistance email us at the link provided. How about this Loves… Either actually answering your phone and resolving this problem and/or issues in about five minutes via human to human contact or straightening out your program so problems like this do not exist… The fact that I was notified and told for further assistance to utilize the loves app and or the email link is a complete joke and now even more aggravating.
