The Passport Mobile app is the on-the-go resource for your Passport membership! Browse participating locations, discover great new offers and categories, or use the newly-improved category, filter and search options to find just what you're looking for. Switch to map view to browse the discounts nearest to you or in proximity to your destination. Also included are a number of features tailored to your specific Passport membership: quick access to your favorites, curated notifications based on your interests, mobile redemption options and the ability to manage account and gift card inventory! Note: The Passport Mobile app requires that you sign in using a current Passport membership. You must have a card displaying the Passport Dining, Passport Corporate or Passport Lifestyle program logo (or be a registered Mobile card member) in order redeem the offers listed in this app.

Needs more work

I was excited to download and use the benefits of this app and I think it’s great that a mobile app was made for convenient searching and usage of the benefits. However, the app is absolutely slow. Using the search feature is the ultimate test of patience. I highly, highly suggest optimizing this app for speed, and redesigning it for mobile experience. It took me a while to navigate and understand how to use the benefits. It feels very much like an old website trying to fit itself for a small screen. Mobile apps work very differently, not just for navigation but its whole design and architecture. Hopefully the devs are working on this...

Great variety & discounts, easy to use

Fantastic discounts on a wide variety of services, entertainment and dining options! Have been using regularly for the past couple of years and have especially used it to try out new restaurants and shows/venues. Easy to use. Just have to remember to review the specific rules of the offers that apply, especially definitions of holidays, restricted dates or items. Mine includes the ability to have family members sign up as well. Definitely worth using!

App is slow with a bad UI

I don’t understand why the card has to be locked deep down somewhere, I have to open the app and that takes some 20 seconds. Followed by a search which takes another 20 seconds and finally look for use a card. This all should be done in less than 10 seconds. My suggestions are either cut down this animations which have no use and make it fast, or make the card available in the home screen or let the users add it to their wallet for easy access. The app is super slow and I’ve been using for over an year and still can’t believe it hasn’t been improved...

This is very constructive feedback; thanks for your comments and input! Quick tip for a faster experience: if you tap the "View Offers" tab, the nearest participating businesses (by GPS location) will be shown immediately. We will look to include your feedback about the home view and app speed in our future updates!

I registered my new card online then downloaded the app as suggested. The app asked for first 6 digits of card and email in order to log in. However, the first field for digits does not accept any entries and with the email only entered, I am unable to log in and use the app. Exploring the alternative methods did not help. I have no way of using the app. I am going to stop using the card and revert back to Apple rewards card.
