The Exact Synergy app has been updated based on the latest technology. We have also implemented some minor improvements in this version.

In some rare situations it was not possible to browse on people in a request. This is fixed.

In this version we fixed several issues: -We added a duration calculation button in requests where this is applicable. -In case you have a signature field in your request definition you can now directly enter the signature when creating a new request.

With this version we improved the app on a few points. * Adding an attachment did not always work correctly. This has been solved. * Creating a new account is improved to take the extra mandatory fields into account.

In this version we fixed several issues. You will now see the correct public holidays in the calendar of a colleague and you will see the app again in the language that you have selected in Exact Synergy.

In this version we fixed some small bugs, amongst others that the URL that is entered is not case-sensitive.

With this new version of the Synergy app we have added something great! * You can now decide which menu style you want to use! Go to the settings and try out the 4 different types. * We have also added the timeline to the project card and from there you can easily share something with all members of that project. * From this version onwards we will show a preview of attachments of a request. This makes it easier to open the right one. * We have made it possible to view lists of requests or documents in a summary view, so that all requests are grouped by type. This is possible in combination with Exact Synergy Enterprise version 501 or higher (except for projects, which is version 502 or higher). * Tapping on a specific notification in the notification list now works as it should again. * In addition, we have made a number of improvements that make the app more accessible for people with reduced vision, such as the option to choose high contrast in the menu.

In some cases, an error was shown when selecting an activity when entering hours. This has been solved.

We solved an issue with the sorting order of documents.

We are proud to present a new version of the Synergy app! Again we made some very nice improvements: * it is now possible to add a signature to a request (in combination with Synergy PU502)! * we made it possible to show your workflow in a summary view so all requests are grouped by the request type. * we added this summary view also in the list of requests that are linked to a person, account, opportunity or project (project in combination with Synergy PU502). * and also in list of documents it is now possible to set a summary view. * it is now also possible to add a movie as an attachment to a request. * the attachments in a request now have a preview. Besides these improvements, we also made some bugfixes and security improvements.

In this new version of the app, we solved some issues with SSRS reports. We also added new functionality that allows you to store your app settings in Synergy so this can be used when installing the app again (on the same or a different device with the same OS). And as always, we made some small enhancements!

We improved the app with the following: * In lists where you can set a filter, you now just have to tap on the filter bar to open the filter page. * We extended the filter options in your workflow, check them out! * The search in the request list is improved to show you a better result. * Also the search in the document list is improved (in combination with Synergy PU 502). * It is now also possible to copy a value from e.g. a request so you can use that value in other places in the app. * And of course we made some other small improvements.

Improvement for Federated Identity environments.

We have made the app even better! Here are the main improvements: * In this version, you will be able to see a lot more information on an account card (when using PU500 or higher)! Of course what you see is depending on what you are allowed to see. * In the calendar, you will now also see the public holidays as defined in Exact Synergy (when using PU500 or higher). * By popular demand, we also have introduced the badge icon number so you will see in a glance if you have new notifications. This number will be reset when you open the notification list in the app itself. * Uploading files (in a request or a document for example) is now a lot faster! * And of course we made some minor improvement, as always!

With this new version of the Synergy app we have made some nice improvements. * To prevent loss of data, a question will be asked at some points when you tap on the 'Back' button to check if you want to save or cancel. * We noticed that the timeline was not always correct when it was accessed via a notification and fixed that. * If you use the hour entry functionality, it will now be more clear if the hour planning is Open, submitted or approved by your (project)manager. We also fixed a confusing situation in the browser for an account. * In some reports that you can start from the Account card, the account was not correctly used, showing incorrect data. This is now also working correctly. * And when creating a document, sometimes you saw more document types than you should. This is also solved in combination with PU266SP12 or higher. * Don't forget to give us your feedback (available via the settings in the app)!

In this new version of the Exact Synergy app we made some nice improvements. - You will notice that the font that we use has changed to make the text more readable for you. - Copying a request sometimes showed a warning, which we solved. - We also made it easier to find 3rd party components that we use. You can find these now in a separate list in the settings. - And as always, we made other small improvements to the app.

The app would sometimes close when entering hours.

This new version of the Exact Synergy app offers a lot of new functionality and improvements! We extended the Document functionality so (in combination with PU 266 SP 6) you will be able to create and edit documents, besides just reading them. You can now also enter your hours with the Synergy app. Based on feedback, we added the 'Nearby' functionality to the Account card, so you can see which accounts are nearby a specific account. To get the most out of the app, we started with adding tips to help you use the app better. And as always, we made other small improvements to the app, for example to use the chat functionality more easily. To make it easier to start using the app, we offer you a choice to select a role how you will use the app. By choosing between Professional, CRM, Self Service, Hour Entry and 'default', different menu entries will be enabled to have the app tuned to your use.

We extended the checks for mandatory fields and solved an issue in the calendar when using the list mode.

Welcome in the 5.1 version of the Synergy app. • We added some tips on how to use the apps and added an option in the settings to reset the tips so you will get to see them again. • The display of notes is improved. • In the timeline, polls are now shown the same as in Synergy • We improved the dark mode on some point where it was not really dark • The sorting order in the workflow has been improved • We improved how the app behaves when you rotate your device • And of course a lot of other small improvements are added!

In this version several small adjustments have been made to improve the stability of the app.

When you open a document in the Synergy Enterprise version 266 it can display an error. This has been fixed.

Customers using Federated Identity login, were sometimes unable to use the QR scanner to proceed to the log in screen. This has been fixed.

Minor improvements in converting dates.

With this version we have solved some issues with unlocking the app. Besides that, we have improved the PIN functionality so you can more easily use this.
