Really easy

Love the new software. So very easy to used. Minimum buttons to push and I can do transfers and etc without bothering my banker. Very important. Too much software requires way too many steps, pop ups, and surveys before a person even uses the software. I love Red River Bank. Your employees are the best and now this good user friendly member site. I’ve gotten to the point that I will not do business with an entity that has no personal service and too much automation. Too aggravating and gobbles too much of my time.

Full disclosure but I’m both an employee of the bank and an avid user of the mobile banking app. Based on comments and support we’ve provided to customers, the issues outlined tend to be attributed (assuming user has good internet or WiFi access) to whether their mobile device operating system and/or our banking app are updated to the latest version. I’ve experienced the Face ID issue where it stopped working after I updated my iPhone. The solution is either reset security settings in the banking app or to uninstall and reinstall and then turn on Face ID. Let’s be real - larger national banks should have better mobile banking apps than community banks given their respective IT budgets are larger than the asset sizes of most community banks and they have hundreds if not thousands of dedicated IT staff to building and maintaining. That said, our app does what most customers need it to do with additional features such as mobile deposit, card controls, P2P payments, bill pay and digital receipts. And, we have local branches too in case you actually need a human being. Since I’m slightly biased, I’ll just submit an even keel three stars....but it’s better than you think.

I’ve been with Red River for around 20 years. Love this bank! The app is convenient by letting me transfer money quickly, check balances, deposit checks, etc. I only give it 4 stars because sometimes the app likes to (as I say) throw a tantrum by not letting me see certain transactions. I then have to completely close it and close it in the background then reopen the app and start again. Other than that- absolutely love the app!

Red River Bank App is terrible!!! I bank with them so therefore I have to use the app, within reason of if it works or not. The app consistently crashes at least once a month on average sometimes 2 and 3 times a month!! Every time I use it I have to wonder is it gonna crash or let me see my balance!?! I love the customer service of the Bank but the app is so horrible!! I have att as a provider and the apple 15 pro max 1 tb, so device and service provider is not an issue!! As well as high speed internet at home and it the app always crashes like clock work. The 1800 number pre say is the best option for checking your accounts!!!!!!!!!!!! SAD but HONEST!!!!
