The new app basically lines up with the direction Allegacy has been going in for years. They have has worse and worse customer service, moved customer service to India which they may has well not even have customer service at this point, and they made their app and web baking a disaster. I banked here for over 30 years. I’m happy I’m leaving now. This new app removed features like being able to send money to my parents who are also members. I used to be able to just find their account, now I can’t. This place is going down hill and they’re taking the app with it.

They somehow made a bad app even worse with this last big update. The menus are extremely convoluted and take you in circles, and I had to google how to just find my card page, but the menu’s so awful that I already forgot how I did it. The app sent me a notification that it declined my card at a site that I tried to use it on, but gave me no direction on how to approve the transaction, not even a phone number to call, and I still haven’t figured it out. I now end up just going to the browser version of the website on my PC to do anything besides money transfers. Not user friendly at all.

They somehow made a bad app even worse with this last big update.
