I very much appreciate being able to search by topic or Dewey number. I've spent 30 years in libraries using the Library of Congress classification system, and am now re-learning the Dewey system. I could have used this app at work yesterday, but am happy to now have it in my toolkit. If this app was updated to be optimized for the iPad Retina display, I would give it 5 stars.

I love being able to look find the Dewey decimal number for certain topics for certain books but it needs to get more detailed. So many of my books are categorized under 813 or 823 but I know there is more after the decimal point. The app won’t tell me. I have to find other resources to tell me.

Very handy while browsing at the library. Wish the search function would include more than just the official categories. For example, including 'cheetahs' instead of just mammals. Searching for 'cheetahs' should direct you to the mammals section instead of giving 'no results'

I would never have known the dewey decimal number for the Arabian peninsula /for free/ without this app.
