(Please replace my previous reviews on this topic, with this one, thanks) I can’t believe it, but when I open the app, I can’t find a single menu item stating “Schedule”. Where do we find the schedule of the team games coming up and listed out? Still can’t find it. Wait, it’s under “Team”. This is not a good user experience. “Team” should be about the team and the people. The schedule, game stats, roster should be under a title like Stats, Games, Season, Scores.. something referring to the metrics of the games. I recommend titling it “Season”. “Season” makes more sense to me than “Team”. Thanks for listening to feedback.

[Udated review, 5 Nov 2023] Reviewed this some time ago and loved it. Not anymore because it has gone way, way downhill. The main thing I rely on is play-by-play when I don’t get the game on TV, many weeks. With the last few updates, this has deteriorated significantly but this year it has gotten horribly worse. I was able to find a KFAN radio network station. Plays shown were 3-4 plays behind. Sometimes those plays would disappear to reappear with a newer play/ruling. Did they get a 1st down? Violations were slow to appear, against either team and therefore placing, down to be updated. Sure I like the video interviews post game, depth chart and seeing the injury reports but it’s the plays during the game as they happen that are the main value to me. Because of the other features, giving this 2*, not 1. If I were to rate it strictly on in game reporting, it would be 1*!!

Huge Vikings fan. App is awesome for watching and reading all of your Vikings content. That’s where the awesome ends. Vikings app is horrible, has always had a lot of bugs. Nothing to cause me to stop using the app for Vikings content. This one issue with earning points and entering sweepstakes though. Spoke with the rewards team for the Vikings app, they reached out personally and are aware of the issues but have yet to do anything about it. Wasted a years worth of points, entering in sweepstakes and conveniently the app had issues with earning points just as the sweepstakes I’ve been entering ended in a month. I notified them and the team reached out acknowledging the issue. Don’t waste your time entering in sweepstakes because it you will not earn the maximum amount of points.

This app was obviously developed on a low budget I only give it 2 stars cause I like the Vikings otherwise I’d rate it -7 stars. When you exchange a season ticket with someone and for some reason it says you revived it in your email, but the app says no..??! So now you can’t access the tickets and the person who sent you them cannot access them either. I can’t think of a bigger inconvenience for tickets, you guys literally had one job on this part of the app. Now I gotta leave extra early just to get help getting my tickets because “ we can’t help with ticket exchange over the phone” y’all are a bigger disappointment than our playoffs runs.
