The new update is much improved to the previous design, which had been a step backward. It is easy to use and convenient!The biggest improvement would be to have app notifications. There is a signup for email or phone notifications, but no app notifications.

The app is alright for checking balances and transferring money, but other functions there seems to be a major hiccup. Whenever I try to use the Zelle function, the page rarely populates. This happens on both mobile and desktop. I moved around to different MiFis and tried a hardline connection to try and eliminate network issues, but I can rarely get the Zelle page to populate; it just displays a blank page. Also I keep reading on the QR function to find other Zelle users and I’m not seeing anywhere to utilize those codes. Can someone point me in the right direction?

I had a $25 charge to a Sinclair station in Colorado on the 10th of May that was approved initially at the gas pump but it then got returned as unpaid because of a $25 credit card payment scheduled on the same day, the ubt go app showed the gas purchase as posted and paid but according to a supervisor the credit card payment is what actually got paid, even though it doesn’t show it on the app. So what’s the point of having this app if the reporting is inaccurate, I was a customer for over 40 years but no longer it’s ridiculous and unacceptable. I’m going to find a bank who knows what they’re doing.

They must have just done an update because I woke to my app saying “application usage is restricted on this device!” I’ve had the same phone for years. I called and they told me everything was fine and the guy on the phone could use his app just fine. I wiped my phone and used a backup from the day before. Bam! Had access again! Not thinking I forgot to tell it not to auto update. It did and now I can’t use it again. So much for mobile banking....Update: Wrote my original review in February! Here we are mid April and I still can’t use the app. And they have no answers. 😑
