Incorrect delivery time estimates, lack of customer service, and clearly poor policy for drivers. While i understand that there is going to be some variance based on the driver, the restaurant, traffic, etc. there is no excuse for how poor this service is. I have issues with my orders more often than not. For example today i ordered from a restaurant and the app gave me an estimated delivery time. As it got closer i got a message saying “your driver is one the way”. After that time came and went i opened the app again to see a message saying “enjoy your meal” even though it had not been delivered. I went to the “issue with my order” option to try to get assistance and after saying my food was not delivered i got an automated message saying they will get back to me in 7 business days. SEVEN. As i said, i have issues more often than not with this app and i would recommend you use a different service if you can (i unfortunately cannot at my location). Their business model seems to be just hoping people won’t follow up on reports of late or missing items after waiting 9 plus calendar days. Do yourself a favor and use a different service or go pick up food yourself. It’ll be less of a hassle

Fully admitting at the beginning of this review that I put my number in wrong, so when the delivery person tried to contact me I didn’t respond. They apparently emailed and used the building intercom system as well. I’m an abroad student staying as a guest in a house so I don’t use the intercom system and I wasn’t checking my email. Here’s why:Maybe this is a culture difference, but now I’m wondering if it’s just bad service. I assumed that it wasn’t necessary for me to be waiting for the food, and they would just leave it at the given address. That’s how all delivery systems in America work. Heck, they’ll leave your food in the wrong place, but they’ll leave it somewhere. But apparently the driver gets here and can’t contact me so they leave? They didn’t even leave it at the gate with a message on where to find it? I never got my food and I didn’t get a refund because I missed the couriers attempts to contact me. I didn’t even get app credits. Im a college student with very low funds who payed for the food and delivery fee to not even get her food. I thought it was my fault at first, but after looking at some other reviews, I think it’s the result of a poorly organized app and delivery system.

Placed my order for food, and paid in full. Waited for the order to be delivered and when it said the driver was two minutes away from my hotel, I went outside. I waited outside the front door of the lobby for 25 minutes, with additional tip for the driver in hand. Suddenly, I received an alert saying my order had been delivered. The maps said the driver was two miles from my hotel. I tried to reach out to customer service for a solution, and received an automated response saying that it could be four days before I get a response and/or a refund. I responded to the email saying that I wanted the food that was ordered not a refund please. I spent another hour checking my inbox for a response for my request of redelivery, and nothing. So, I got back into the same customer service message box and sent them another response with what has happened so far. Never got my food or my money back. This app is very deceptively made to like the US company Grub Hub to trick people visiting the UK in to thinking that they are using the same quality service. It’s not the same quality and there is no customer service.

Save yourself time and do not use this app,customer service is practically inexistent,I got robbed of my money because of the incompetence of one of the stores they have on the app and all customer service can do is tell me to open claim,when you open the claim they send you a email saying that you should try to contact the store first and get back to them,if the store happens to be closed or don’t answer your call then you are screwed cuz when you try to contact customer service again they will out you on a loop where it keeps asking you to open a claim and when you do you will get the same email you already got asking you to contact the store first,is useless,no real customer support just some cheap generic ai giving robotic responses that give no solution to your problem,DO NOT USE THIS APP
