I am required to use this app for work. It could be so much better! Such as: if a customer responds to me and I’ve input the name with the phone number in the contact list, the name should appear with the response so I can scroll through and reply promptly. There doesn’t seems to be a way to notify a specific individual of an incoming response. I’ve had personal text randomly arrive through Softphone instead of Messages - where they are supposed to go. My private, personal texts from an individual or business should not - in any circumstance - show up in Softphone. Very unfriendly user interface. If I had an option, it would be deleted from my phone.

I had to get this app for work since we are in sales. The whole app it’s not very user friendly when it comes to text I have to add every single person I want to text as a contact. And when I receive the msg I only get partial of the document or picture, I need to go to the email to get the all the documents they sent. They can improve the texting features

I subscribe to Softphone in Ghana being operated by MTN. When I call and the recipient answers there is a time lag or delay for the recipient to hear. However when the recipient speaks I hear it instantly. This delay issue does not make conversations flow at all. I’ve reported this to MTN but they say there is nothing wrong. Any solution pls? Otherwise it’s a wonder app

I have no problems with this app works great ! Needed this app to get calls from my office phone to my personal phone and it’s so easy to use 10/10 for me ! I can also put it on DND when I’m off the clock !
