It’s fine in the beginning but then once you have to verify, that’s when everything becomes difficult you can send them what they ask you to send it(email) but then they’ll keep saying that’s not enough and I ask you to send something clearer but then that’s still not enough so then what are you supposed to do? Can’t do anything until you’re verified and the thing is this isn’t my first account. I had to delete my other account because it kept not letting me use any of the discounts and when I first signed up for it high school and college students were able to use it now it’s just college students, but they still allow high school students to sign up for it. The verification part just doesn’t make any sense because they don’t get that you’re a high school student rather than a college student and they’re only trying to get you verified through the college way. They need to have a high school way as well because high school and college have two different systems. But anyways, sorry for the long review I’m just kind of upset that it’s taking me so long to get my account verified so I can use that the discounts. I am pretty much the same at all up. I probably should’ve did this from the beginning but they need to have better customer service better work ethic and let’s not get me started on when you delete your account, the thing that the thing that pops up is it’s your choice to be forgotten or something like that that’s not really professional like just like you’re deleting your account you have 30 days to undo that don’t be like it’s your choice to be forgotten you have 30 days

I am not one to write a review at any given moment, however, the customer service support team has not been helpful. My verification process did not work, so I contacted customer support in order to get verified. They require several requirements, and I met each requirement and criteria. They proceeded to state that I did not meet the requirements at all. I used several certified documents from college and other verified institutions and they were all rejected. The problem is most replies from their customer service are the same and it is not as helpful. I have made several attempts and they have seemed to not be acknowledged based on the responses of the customer service. I ponder whether the documents I sent are actually being reviewed or not. I hope in the future they can improve and allow some time to reflect on how their customer service is now and what it may look like later on. Currently I am waiting for them to elaborate on what was wrong with the documents I sent them when it each all criteria. In addition, I will acknowledge that if other people have been able to be verified, my case might not happen to those who read or attempt to verify! So good luck to everyone and appreciate their access to student discounts. Thank you UniDAYS, I hope my issue as well as others can be resolved.

I never write reviews or anything but oh my god the customer support was so frustrating I want people to know. I am a student, so I sent my student ID from my institution which had all the required information they needed except for my current academic year as that is simply not included on it. I then sent my online admission letter because that’s what I had available, and it had all the information. However, I'm about to go into my “junior” year after this summer, so it did not have this current academic year but the one I enrolled in. I pressed verify about 15x nonstop before I contacted their support. I emailed them from both my school and personal email but they still couldn’t get it together. I wish I could give zero stars, but I can’t; they are so incompetent, useless, and rude it is actually laughable. I was under the impression this would be so easy as that’s what they advertise, but boy was I wrong. Please just be careful sharing your information because at the end they will still find something wrong with whatever it is you sent them.
