I love having the ability to create email campaigns, promotions and add new services for my business as my clientele grows. I can set it up and do my job with confidence knowing my schedule is how I want it. New and current clients can book easily online while I’m currently in an appointment. I can be open or blocked out quickly if my situation changes. If I had a request I would love to be able to have the option to schedule classes if possible. Otherwise, I love MassageBook!!

When we first started using MassageBook, it felt like the perfect fit. Over time, though, it’s become more frustrating than helpful. It’s not terrible—but it’s definitely not what it used to be.A big issue is that clients often can’t see my availability, which forces me to schedule appointments manually. That completely defeats the purpose of offering online booking in the first place.The payout system is another pain point. MassageBook Pay (inot Stripe) regularly takes several days—sometimes up to five—to deposit funds. Payout dates change without warning, and instant payouts, which used to work flawlessly, suddenly became “not eligible” on the exact same card and account that still work perfectly through Stripe itself.At this point, the main reason we haven’t switched platforms is the SOAP notes. MassageBook still handles documentation well, and we haven’t found another platform that matches that feature set at a similar price. too many issues with the updates that need fixed

MassageBook’s website update now requires anyone interested in my business to login or create a MassageBook account to view my availabilities.A client will think they’re about to see my schedule after they click their session option.. then get blocked from my schedule unless they give their personal information in that moment. Currently, there’s no way for me to opt-out of that requirement.I typically get a lot of last minute bookings and out-of-town-ers during the holidays, and because it’s now difficult to see my availabilities and book with me .. my schedule is dead.I’ve read on massage forums that other LMTs are experiencing the same issue with MassageBook’s update, and a lot are cancelling their memberships. If MassageBook doesn’t fix this soon, I’ll be doing the same. They’re costing LMTs hundreds or more-so thousands of dollars by making it more difficult and less desirable to book with us, all because they want client information / email access *that* badly. Potential clients will typically just frown when they’re blocked from seeing our schedules, and find another LMT (with a better, more navigable booking site) to go to! People are TIRED of websites forcing them to create an account to navigate their site. Let clients see our availabilities before making them commit to giving out their personal information and needing to make yet another account online!!MassageBook claims in the reviews here that an update is scheduled for today.. yet I’m still waiting to see any changes 🤷‍♀️I just can’t fathom who on the MassageBook team thought that this update was a genuinely good idea. Booking with MassageBook LMTs is now a hassle.. thanks.

Been using this app since COVID started for my massage practice and the customizable forms are amazing. The appearance of the site for scheduling is clunky and needs a makeover. Having the option for clients to schedule before calling ahead would be nice. If this integrated better with Wix it would be great too. Overall people seem to understand how to schedule and I like how easy it is on manager end for booking. The campaigns always go to my clients inbox as well.
