I’m new to the app. Twice the vet’s office had to reset my account. I followed all instructions. Once I get to the “Please read the terms and conditions” page and I check of to accept the terms, it does not allow me to go any further. At first I thought I did something wrong. Secondly, I deleted the app and re-download it. I followed all instructions and end up in the same situation. Not even the vet’s office could figure this out. It is confirmed that this is an app issue. This is terrible & discouraging for new and present pet owners. The last update was a week ago and did not bring any relief to all those waiting to use the app. Unfortunately it’s useless at this point.UPDATE: I reached out to support by email and fixed the problem. I’m pleased with supports quick response and was able to help. Love the app! Wonderful features and friendly.

This app seems to offer a cleaner view of all of my pets information compared to what I can get from an email here or there. Love the ability to toggle between pets and even request an appointment without needing to call! Saves a phone call for me and my vet office. Signing up was easy and I was able to update some off preferences without any fuss too.

Getting Notifications Before Date

I actually like this app. It is laid out very nicely and I only have one dog, but this app would make keeping track of multiple pets very easily. There's just one thing that annoys me and it could be a setting that I have not found yet, but I keep getting notifications to give my dog her flea/heartworm medicine WAY before it's time. I have it set to the 22nd of each month. I just got a notification a few moments ago to give my pet her medicine on Sept 22nd.

I absolutely love the new PetPage app. It makes it so easy to keep track of when my pet has vaccinations coming due and when her next appointment is. I can also keep track of her prescriptions and easily refill them. This app allows for a lot more personalization than the old app, which I love. Definitely a resourceful tool for pet owners.
