I went to Walgreens and then to CVS but there lack of communication and lack of compassion made me determined to find a different pharmacy. Another Cub RX found me the WBL Cub Pharmacy to get my script filled the same day. I went to pick it up the pharmacist was amazing, both the female and male. Quick, knowledgeable, patient, considerate, and professional. Their communication about anything related to my scripts is above and beyond. I definitely found my home pharmacy in WBL.

I have really enjoyed switching to this pharmacy after trying Walgreens and CVS for years. I used to feel like I was a burden by the way that those working in the pharmacy treated me or responded to me being upset at their lack of consistency. Cub Pharmacy has been much more relaxed as well as is way more communicative if there is any problem.

Transferred prescriptions from other pharmacy when I got tired of them constantly billing insurance incorrectly and not filling online orders, contacting drs, etc. Cub has been much better and I like that I can get my groceries at the same time I pick up.

This app worked great when I first started using it but when I had to change pharmacy locations, none of my prescriptions updated in the app. New prescriptions aren’t showing up as ready to refill, expired prescriptions are still on my list. It has become completely useless and nobody knows how it works so nobody can fix it for me.
