I have been an official member of QDQ since 2021 and don’t have any plans to end that anytime soon. Like everyone else, I stopped going to the gym during COVID but never returned because of the great workouts I get through QDQ. The community that Maeve has created along with the other coaches that have been there for a while (looking at you Sinead!) and contribute to the supportive community is so important in a fitness journey. The workouts are extremely varied so there is something for everyone. Beginner, intermediate, advanced, prenatal, recovery, hiit, gym routines, Pilates, you name it and QDQ most likely offers it.

I’ve been a member of QDQ since the start and knew they were building an app but this has surpassed all expectation. Maeve and the team are continually evolving from instagram live to website iterations and now this amazing app. Everything you could possibly think of is here whether it’s live workouts, gym plans, nutrition advice and a forum for all us Queens to interact. Never have I been more proud to be a member. It is still the only fitness community that gives me the motivation to keep going xxx

I’ve been doing QDQ workouts for at least 3 years now and I absolutely love them! The app is amazing and makes planning my workouts so seamless and I love the different tabs to help stay on track like the nutrition tab which has tons of great recipes. The trainers are all incredible and I love the mix of workouts QDQ provides along with the challenges through the year to stay motivated. The community is so supportive and lovely all around!
