Hello! The Ditto Music app is a wonderful app, but I do have some recommendations. First and foremost, I would like to have the ability to publish my music from the app. It would save a lot of time, and it would be very quick and easy. Overall, I love the app! Continue to improve!

I subscribed to Ditto Music because it was advertised as offering unlimited releases professional distribution and a clear processing window. My experience has not matched what was advertised.Before releasing a single song I scheduled four upcoming releases. All of them were original and professionally produced. Even with only four scheduled releases I received a warning telling me that I was uploading too much and that my account could face issues if I continued. This does not make sense on a plan that is marketed as unlimited.When I asked for clarity the explanations did not line up with the way the service is promoted. The platform advertises a seven to sixteen day processing window but support recommends uploading three to four weeks in advance. They also say uploads are unlimited but uploading too many can trigger restrictions. These two things do not match.What concerns me most is that the only consistent solution they offer is to pay for Priority Distro. The same upload volume that triggers warnings on the standard plan becomes acceptable if you pay extra. That creates the impression that the platform is structured to push users toward paid add ons rather than delivering the service that is advertised.I did not violate any guidelines. I did not upload spam or low quality audio. I simply scheduled four releases and that alone was treated as a problem.In my experience the service does not operate the way it is marketed. The unlimited releases claim feels misleading and the operational limitations are not disclosed upfront. Artists deserve transparency so they can choose a distributor that actually supports their workflow without hidden restrictions or pressure to upgrade.

I’ve been using it since January, I like what app has to offer! It helps me check my streams, support tickets (if any) and many more on the go. I typically use the website on my pc when I’m home but when I’m not it’s useful. 👍 The DITTO Team has always been extra helpful when I needed their help as well.

you guys need to stop forcing releases into having the “sentence structure” you guys are forcing on us it’s extremely annoying and ruins the vibe of the release if i want it to be all caps or all lowercase titles. when you copyright things you need to tell the person what it is that got copyrighted so we can change the exact thing because if we just assume and then change the wrong thing and then get our release copyrighted again it messes up everything. also your customer service is so horrible there’s absolutely no reason to be responding 2 days after i sent a chat. please listen!
