Messages, upgraded. Press and hold a message to react or reply, or swipe it right to reply, and see when yours has been Seen. Send photos and files, search inside a conversation, pin a conversation or mark it unread, and reply straight from a notification. Your training record now shows when you will finish: a forecast month, and a timeline of each stage with its stage checks. Lessons waiting for your signature and your next lesson come first. Profile photos: set yours from your profile, and owners and admins can set anyone's, so faces show in Messages and across the app. Groups can be renamed and given a photo. A booking, aircraft or work order mentioned in a message shows as a card. Menus use three dots. Back after a while? Home shows one What's new card for everything you missed.

New: Messages. Talk to anyone in your organization one to one, start a group, or talk on a booking. Type @ to point at a person, an aircraft, a booking, a work order or a squawk, and it opens the record. Press and hold your own message to edit or delete it. Messages arrive live, a run of them sends one notification, and Settings → Notifications has a Messages switch. Bookings open on one card: the time, where it stands in words (Starts in 45 min, Flying, Needs sign-off, Unpaid) and its steps. Invoices read like a receipt, with the amount up top and what it was for. Ground lessons can be video calls on Google Meet or Zoom, with a Join button on the booking. For organizations that track Airworthiness Directives: each aircraft has an ADs row to review and decide them, Home shows ADs to review, and a notification arrives when a new AD names one of your aircraft. Booking times show on your organization's clock, the calendar uses your organization's colors for each reservation type, and Approve to book works again.

A redesigned calendar: Year, Schedule, Day (one day, two days side by side, or a list), Week, Month and By resource views, with styles, Search and Filter in one header. Tap a month or a day to zoom into it, and the top-left button takes you back. Schedule scrolls back and forward. Open slots for you: when a time you asked for opens up, it's on Home with a Book button. Can't find the time you want while booking? Tap Notify me and hear if that aircraft opens up that day. Offers and bookings have a cleaner layout, times read "8:00 to 8:50 AM", and a grounded aircraft shows the reason right in the booking form. Home opens faster for owners and admins, and if one Home card can't load, the rest still fills in. Signing off a flight that logged no time now says nothing will be billed. People given "Ramp any flight out and in" can ramp out and ramp in bookings they're not on.

If your organization sells prepaid blocks (pay 1,700, get 1,800 of credit), Add funds on your Account now lists them. Pick one, confirm with your saved card, and the extra credit shows on your Account as Block bonus. Organizations that bill in pounds, euros, or Australian, Canadian or New Zealand dollars now see their own currency throughout the app. Phones that type a decimal comma (12,50) now enter amounts correctly. Screens with nothing to show, or that failed to load, now look like iOS: a symbol, a short title and one clear action. The last Android-style controls on iPhone are gone. If your organization's AerScheduler payment is declined, owners and admins now see "Your payment didn't go through" with a way to update the card, instead of being told the trial ended. For mechanics: completing a customer's job that has charges but no invoice now asks first, tach-only aircraft can be recorded as tach only, and labor is priced at the job's rate.

Setting up a new organization now asks what you do there yourself (teach, learn to fly, fly the aircraft, work on the aircraft), so you can put yourself on a booking straight away. When a booking needs a student, instructor or renter and nobody has that role yet, the field says so. Admins can make themselves one or invite someone right from the list, and people invited but not yet joined show greyed out.

A job's readings now keep the aircraft's times. Hobbs and tach typed on a work order, when the aircraft arrives and when the work is done, update the aircraft and its meter log, and finishing a job asks for the readings out. Request work says more: when the aircraft can come in, whether it is grounded, where it is, its times now, and photos or documents. The job shows what was said. Owners see their aircraft's history (inspections signed off and jobs finished), its life-limited components with the life left, and the papers the shop shares. Inspections read Not applicable, Scheduled or In progress on a job. A bill says how it was paid, reads Past due when it is, and shows who it is to and the files shared on it. Aircraft papers can be filed as an airworthiness certificate, registration certificate or operating limitations. Send to owner only shows when someone can be reached. If you own the aircraft yourself, or it has no owner or email on record, the job says so and what to do instead. Work the owner declined or put off reads Not billed and is left out of the job's total. Finishing a job with an inspection that is not signed off asks first.

Maintenance shops on the phone. Technicians get a Jobs list and My jobs on Home: write up a finding with its photos, tick work done, log hours and parts, move the stage and send findings to the owner. Aircraft owners see their aircraft and what needs them: answer each finding (Approve, Decline or Later), request work, update Hobbs and tach, add photos and pay invoices. Photos and files show as a row of thumbnails everywhere. Tap one to see it full screen, swipe between them and pinch to zoom. Signing out now stops that account's notifications on this phone. An invoice with sales tax shows a Sales tax line above the total, and a tax-exempt invoice says why. A suggested slot sent to more than one member says the first to accept books it. Bulk invite asks for a role first, and says which invitations did not go.

Short lists of choices open as a menu right on the row, the way iOS does it: booking type, repeat, the calendar's Day, Week and Month switcher, filter status, aircraft category and meters, and more. On/off settings are switches. Time held for someone's first-dibs offer shows on the calendar and in the Start list, and the desk or the instructor can release it. Cancel a lesson and change your mind, and you can book the same time again right away. Home's Needs you is a short Mail-style list, and Awaiting sign-off now opens the flights that still need a pilot's sign-off. Every picker's search is ready to type into as soon as it opens. Add inspection has a Due menu instead of four cramped tabs, and Standard inspections has clean rows with the details behind the info button. Ground lessons and bookings with no aircraft go straight to review for the briefing time instead of asking to ramp out. The day and week calendar show the first and last hour in full. A fresh, more native iPhone look. Forms and settings sit on cards like the Settings app, and icons, buttons, lists and text follow Apple's style throughout. Dates read "Sep 27, 2026", and types switch with iOS segmented controls. Maintenance is calmer. Each aircraft, inspection and squawk is one clean row that says what needs attention first. Press and hold an inspection to sign it off or add files. First dibs on cancelled slots: pick days and a time in Settings > Standby and you are offered matching openings first. Suggested offers now say why you got them. Set your school's time zone right in the app (Settings, School time zone). If it is missing, Home shows a banner, since members can't book until it is set. Setting up a new school now asks for it. The month view of the schedule no longer crashes on months that fill six weeks. People no longer crashes when a member's name is blank or has extra spaces. Today on the resource timeline is the airport's date, even when your phone is in a time zone east of the field. QuickBooks owners get a notification when QuickBooks needs reconnecting or invoices are waiting, and tapping it opens Accounting Integrations. The Accounting integrations page says QuickBooks setup finishes on the web, and warns against running a second accounting app alongside it. Training: grades saved with no signal keep the per-task marks you tapped, and count on the day you flew, not the day they sync. Training: grading a dual from the phone no longer clears simulator time already on the draft. Training: grading a flight lesson asks how much was in a simulator, and who can grade follows what the school granted. Training: optional-signoff lessons need notes before Save draft when the syllabus asks for them, and no longer ask the student to countersign. Training: if Sign is refused, you stay on the lesson with the reason, and the grade waits in the Training banner to retry. Training: if the school refuses a record, the phone says you can't open it instead of claiming the school is unreachable. Training: switching schools keeps each school's records, queued grades and sync banner separate. Training: the empty screen says Training is for students and instructors, and syllabus editors see "Your courses" instead of a grader list.

Pre-flight weather is taken from the airport you picked, not a nearby station. Each aircraft can keep its current POH and weight and balance. Staff add them from the aircraft page; bookers can open the ones marked for them. Photos show on the page. Tap one to zoom. Papers use a real title (POH, not the camera filename). When you report a squawk, or add a note, you can attach photos from the camera or your library, or a PDF. Those photos show on the page. On an open inspection, the paperclip next to Sign off opens working files. Photos and PDFs copy onto the signed record. Public discovery-flight requests show the guest's name. After you approve, Invite as student or Invite as renter sends a normal invitation. Students and renters who need approval see Submit request instead of Book. Owners and dispatchers get Booking requests on the calendar. A discovery or other package-price booking shows Collect payment until the guest pays. Instructors and desk can send the Stripe invoice or record a check or cash. After close-out, the phone shows the package as billed.

Faster iPhone setup, easier airport and aircraft entry, a steadier calendar, and booking times that follow your school’s rules.

Widgets for your iPhone, real maintenance tracking, and a faster schedule. • See your next flight on your home screen and lock screen. • Track inspections by days, weeks or calendar months, and keep a permanent record when one is signed off. • Add notes to a squawk as the work moves along. • See what each aircraft owes at a glance, and filter the fleet by it. • Technicians can put an aircraft back on the line. • Record an aircraft's serial number from the data plate. • Swipe the calendar between days. • The schedule updates itself while you are looking at it. • Your filters and the day you were on stay put when you open a booking. • Know when an aircraft you have booked goes off the line. • Tap any count on Home to open exactly those rows. • A documents page for the whole school. • Correct a flight after you have closed it out.

Home now answers you honestly, and the lists behind it are faster. WHAT NEEDS YOU - Every number on Home opens the rows it counted, already filtered. Tapping "3 overdue invoices" now lands on those three, not on a list that could not contain them. - Awaiting close-out, Open squawks and Due reminders agree with the lists they open. - Awaiting close-out no longer lists bookings nobody turned up for. It asks whether the flight actually left the ramp, not just whether the hours were recorded. - Currency status opens a real list instead of an empty search box. - Home tells you if you have been grounded and why, including when the reason is unpaid invoices. Grounding stops aircraft, not ground school or the simulator. FLYING AND BILLING - A flown, unbilled flight shows Create invoice, or Post to ledger, as its main button. The action you came for is the one you see. - The invoice date filter only offers periods an invoice can fall in. Next week could only ever come back empty, so it is gone. - Picking your own date range on Invoices now keeps the dates you picked. - Add funds opens as a normal sheet with the amount, the card, the fee and the total charge each on their own line, and the card fee is explained in plain text you can actually read on a phone. PERMISSIONS - The app now asks the server what you are allowed to do instead of guessing. That restored a lot of things the app was hiding from people who were entitled to them, and stopped it offering a few it should not have. - You can see what a member is allowed to do from the phone. FASTER, AND MORE HONEST, LISTS - Long lists load as you scroll: reservations, invoices, your notification inbox and your account ledger. These used to stop at the first thousand rows without saying so. - The notification badge is counted by the server, so it no longer goes quiet when a request fails. - Home's list styles are now one style, and every section on Home lines up with the ones above and below it. FIXES - Two crashes after tapping something in the + menu. - Two Needs you links went to the wrong place. - The compliance counts land on the right people.

New • Book a Shared flight: several pilots in one aircraft with no instructor, each with their own invoice under your school's splitting rules. • Resources has its own list in the menu, filtered by Aircraft, Simulators or Rooms. People filters the same way. • Choose which Google calendar your flights sync to, in Settings, Calendars. • Payment Methods can now add a card, through Stripe's secure form. • Time zones now cover the whole world, searchable, with US zones still at the top. Scheduling • Home shows the flight you are in as Current flight, instead of jumping to the next one. • The calendar no longer cuts off early-morning or late-evening flights, and follows your school's own flying hours. • Opening the start or end time on an existing booking shows the time already booked, and scrolls to it. • A dual booked with no aircraft can be edited and saved without picking a plane. • A booking you are already on no longer offers to put you on standby for it. • Slot offer notifications include Accept, Decline and View. Tapping a reservation notification opens that booking. Money • Home's money card now matches how your school bills, whether that is unpaid invoices or your account balance. • Invoices list each charge once, with cents. A split booking no longer shows the whole flight's cost above your share. Training and records • A ground lesson with several students lists everyone on it, and each person can enter their PIN to review. • Closing out a flight is tidier: the Complete sheet ticks who has signed, Done records your review, and a ground lesson with no instructor is ready to sign straight away. • Fixed a blank grey panel when opening a currency such as a flight review, medical or aircraft checkout. Fixes • Availability set in the web console now opens correctly in the app, and picking a start or end time works again. • Tap Got it on a school notice and it leaves your Home. You can still open it later from Announcements. • Back from My Profile returns to Home. Admins, dispatchers and instructors have People in the menu. • The aircraft page no longer shows sections you do not have access to.

• Booking forms stay quiet until Save; errors sit under the value • Tap the dimmed area above a sheet to close it • Every list picker has Search, and plane/student rows use the same text size • Custom repeat uses normal form rows; picker lists line up with the form • Invite and Bulk Invite are tighter; email is labelled Email • Grounded only stays on one line; filter section titles line up with their options • Late-night ends no longer offer the whole next day when overnight is off • Deleting a school starts a 30-day countdown you can cancel • Date, time, and chosen people on a booking all read the same way • Student and instructor pickers show names again

NEW • Repeating bookings. Book something that happens every week — pick the days and when it stops, and the whole run is booked in one go. Repeating bookings show a ↻ on the schedule, and cancelling one asks whether you mean this booking, this and all later ones, or the whole series. • A smarter repeat picker. Pick your date and it offers cadences that already make sense for it — "Weekly on Monday", "Every 2 weeks on Monday", "Monthly on the fourth Monday", "Annually on July 27", "Every weekday". Custom covers anything else: every N days, weeks, months or years. • Duplicate a reservation. Book another one just like it — the aircraft, the people, the instruction type and the notes carry over; you just pick when. • Recording why a booking was cancelled. Cancelling now asks for a reason type — weather, aircraft maintenance, no-show and so on — as well as the note you always wrote, so the school can see what it's losing flights to. • Pre-flight weather on the next-flight card. Your upcoming flight shows the weather at the field — a VFR/MVFR/IFR badge, the reporting station, wind, visibility and sunset — for flights in the next 12 hours. • See grounded aircraft and open squawks before you book. When you pick an aircraft you can see straight away if it's grounded, with the reason, or has open squawks. • See which aircraft each booking is for. Calendar blocks now lead with the aircraft — "N172TS · Dual Flight" — so a day's schedule is readable at a glance. • Search for a student, instructor or renter when booking. The pickers now have a search box, and each person shows their email under their name. • Set an instruction type on a guest reservation. A guest booking with an instructor can be given an instruction type, so a discovery flight is billed at the rate the school set for it. • Announcements are visible again. They appear on the home screen and in the menu for everyone, newest first, with the date posted — and you can fold the section away. Expired ones stop showing. FIXED • Lessons in your own aircraft can be edited and cancelled again. A booking made with "Resource not listed" used to lock the moment it was created. • Opening one aircraft after another no longer takes two taps. Go back from an aircraft and you're still on the tab you left. • Tapping a notification now opens the reservation, squawk or invoice it's about, instead of the home screen. • The app no longer signs you out when your connection drops — only when your session has genuinely expired. • Shared currency links work again, and an old or unsupported link now lands you on Home instead of a red error screen.
