Honestly when I first downloaded the app it was a little too good to be true seeing I downloaded it from an suggested ad site from Google when I was searching for Lawn maintenance. When I initially signed up the description’s required for the questionnaire were a little off putting but maybe simple for those familiar with grass terms but I answered as accurately as possible. Beyond that I will say it’s a little hard to communicate through the app with your maintenance team unless they just personally don’t respond to messages on the app. So I guess if I had to find a negative about the service it would be that cause I’d like to know when they’re arriving seeing it’s not a set time all the time in case you have to make a run or schedule something around it to ensure you don’t miss out on your service. Otherwise I honestly LOVE that I ran across the app & trusted the process & thrilled with ALL the services they offer from Many different people so there is Variety !!
Service was good for about 9 months - then terrible

I hired lawn love and they provided good service for about 9 months. Sometimes they had to reschedule and that is understandable. They would always get to us the next day. Starting iAround July we were rescheduled constantly. At the end of August we were missed on two three day windows, so I borrowed a lawnmower and did it myself, requesting to be scheduled in 2 weeks around Sep 13. I messaged the provider several times and never got a response. We were scheduled for Sep 20. I borrowed a lawn mower again and did the work myself. Then Sep 20 was rescheduled to Sep 24. When I contacted customer service, they set me up with a new provider for Sep 24 but they rescheduled for Sep 25. At 3 pm I contacted the provider to check if they were coming and I was assured they were. At 5:30 pm I got a message from lawn love advising they were looking for a new provider, and the provider who had assuredd me they would be here ghosted me. Not sure what is going on, but I would have been much better off to have found another service at the beginning of September. I tried to be a loyal customer hoping the service would get back to the level it had been, but I am done with lawn love. Good luck to you if you hire them. You might want to buy a lawnmower as backup.

They say your first mow is discounted or set at a certain price that is a lie the person I talk to on the phone. I stated to them that I believe it is above the height limit, but they informed me it still would be discounted or at that set price but come to find out it was basically double the price I believe I thought it was going to be 80 bucks to mow the lawn. It was 120 and then they want you to at least get your lawn mowed a total of 3 time it took me an hour on the phone telling them I don’t have a job. I don’t have the funds to be able to keep paying you at the $80. I just needed a one time mow but they’re like no you need to get it mowed a total of three until so I keep say I can’t afford it and I need to be taken off and they wouldn’t until saying, I need to talk to your supervisor and I had to yell at them for them to finally do it because they would not listen but after a while, they finally listened and reached out to their supervisor and they were finally able to take me off just sad I highly do not recommend starting with them unless you want to pay over price charges because they are a third-party company and have other Lawn care businesses do the work so it is inflated prices because sir charges or whatever it’s called.

My experience with LAWN LOVE has been profoundly disappointing, culminating in the devastation of my once-vibrant lawn. After enlisting their services, I asked the provider to raise there decks and bag there clippings as they where burning out my lawn. The provider chose to not do that so I asked Lawn Love to give me a new provider. The provider than came back for one Final Cut and lowered there mowing decks to the lowest settings and recklessly cut my grass down to the dirt, completely killing my grass which now needs a complete re-sod. Which in turn is going to cost me a small fortune. In my efforts to resolve this issue, I promptly filed a claim with the company and provided detailed documentation, including before and after photographs of the damage. Unfortunately, my attempts to engage with LAWN LOVE have been met with minimal response and no substantial action to address the situation. This neglect has not only impacted the aesthetic appeal of my property but has also caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I had high hopes for a professional and satisfactory experience, but what I received was an unacceptable level of service. I strongly urge potential customers to consider this before making a decision.
