Not sure the issues with the other reviewers. I had an account and then downloaded the app. Signed in and I was off and going. I like that the app stores my progress and shows my progress through the workout plans. The app is not like Peloton but this also doesn’t cost what Peloton charges you. It’s also cyclist specific workout plans to help keep you strong and balanced on the saddle and not designed to just burn calories like Peloton. I paid for the subscription because I had some unbalanced muscles causing back and knee pain I needed to get some help on. Vs paying $45+ for physical therapy I decided to try this first and work through a couple of the plans. I’ve done 2/3 of their intermediate strength plan and all of their winter strength plan. It completely addressed my knee pain with my weak gluts and hamstrings. Back pain is still in progress but I’m able to ride longer and harder than previously. Saved me a lot of money not having to go to a PT specialist. Their workout plans are around 30 minutes long which work great for my schedule. Only thing I’d suggest improving is change the way their exercise explanations are. They’re good for the first time you introduce an exercise but as you progress through the plans, having long drawn out explanations for exercises that you’ve done many times before is a waste. As we progress through your plans we need less talk and more working out. Take some tips from other programs to keep us moving
Great App. Great Support. Great Content.

Updated review: just to say I love what these folks have done even more, as I progress through month 9 of using this app. Appreciate the responsive customer service too. Original review: After about 20 years of cycling and the same repetitive motions I was having neck and shoulder pains and my core needed help and my leg muscles were stiff, etc. I gave the app a try and was instantly impressed. I needed more time to figure it into my routines so I contacted support. They were great and worked with me. After a month my body had changed, I could feel the strength gains in my legs and hips and this is an app I actually use and benefit from daily. My yoga son is loving the stretch exercises too and every time I stretch he comes down and joins in. I’ve also recommended the app to my brother as well. He was struggling to get to the gym. Hope it works well for him too.

I’ve only had the app for about 3 weeks and initially signed on for the stretching and strength programming coming back to cycling (gravel) after leaving it for many years of running. Returning to cycling has helped strengthen my arthritic knees but I found areas where I was lacking and I’ve researched many other apps that are cycling-specific and found this one to have the most bang for the buck. I’ve had a lot of questions and the response to them is quick and thorough. I’ve yet to get into a training program but there are a handful to choose from and I’m excited to start the one on hill climbing soon. There is a lot of content to learn from, injury prevention, challenges as well. The stretching and strengthening build as you go and I am already noting a stronger core when on my bike. The stretching is set to great music and you can play your own music in the background for strengthening which I love.Once I get into the training programs a bit I’ll update my review but the fact that they don’t require any additional equipment (they use rate of perceived exertion) and you get free Training Peaks access is enough for me to want to get into one soon.Overall, I would give this app all the stars. They’ve done a great job giving you a lot of useful content for the money.
Excellent supplement to workouts

I am a 70 year old cyclist, hiker, and gym fitness practitioner. The stretches and exercise exercises in these routines have been very helpful for my warm-up and cooldown routines, as well as general maintenance of flexibility, strength, and range of motion. The videos are just long enough to be effective without tying up a lot of time. I do have one suggestion, and that would be to allow the subtitles in the videos to be turned on or off. Personally, I don’t need or use them and they tend to block the portion of the videos which show the instructors feet position, which plays apart in the proper form for each exercise. Not not a big deal at all, but could easily be resolved with an on-off switch for the subtitles.
Thanks for choosing Dynamic Cyclist!
