Sign up for a Walmart Business+ membership for additional benefits such as earning rewards on purchases over $250 (restrictions apply), access to spend analytics for insights and many more.
For the most part the app is solid. A few things that get in the way, especially if you’re used to other grocery delivery apps: •No way to communicate directly with the shopper or add a note about an item. •No easy refund option for poor delivery items. If your eggs arrived broken, you’ll have to actually call customer service on the phone for a refund. The only in-app option is to set up return, but who is really driving broken eggs back to the store?•If there’s any notification options other than email I can’t find them. If you’re not constantly checking your email during the multiple hours long window when someone *might* be shopping your order, it’s likely you’ll miss a substitution or cancellation and end up with things you didn’t want or a half empty order.

The app in general is great. Easy to use. However, when picking up the goods, the app does not detect you immediately. I had to close and pen the app several times. The second time I used the app, I had to call from the parking lot itself, to get the goods. They do a tremendous job however. They have everything documented and i got my goods as expected. Just some minor tweaks are needed maybe. Thank you! 👍🏼👍🏼

I am extremely frustrated with Walmart’s service. Every time I place an order, there seems to be an issue—either the order gets canceled without a clear explanation or there’s no proper follow-up. Whenever something goes wrong, they always say, “Our team will reach out to you within 24 to 48 hours,” but I have never received a proper response within that time—or at all.What’s even more disappointing is that they take customers’ money immediately, but they don’t provide the quality of service we deserve in return. It’s starting to feel like they care more about taking money than delivering good service. I’ve given them chance after chance, but the experience keeps getting worse.Walmart seriously needs to improve its customer service, communication, and reliability. As a loyal customer, I am honestly fed up.

After submitting the I realized 1 item I had forgotten on a 70 item order amd somehow it cancelled my whole previous order then ordered the one and charged me a $6.99 fee for being an under $35 order. My card was held for hundreds of dollars and to my disbelief they brought me one item and I then went shopping for my party ingredients elsewhere and was late setting up for a client. Also…do not think rush or 1hr delivery is reliable, they farm it out to 3rd parties who can just choose not to deliver and you have no recourse except to cancel and shop yourself. Walmart business doesn’t seem to run for businesses except their own.
