I just paid a bill using AmEx. The AmEx and MyChart apps show that my payment went through. I even got a text from MemorialCare confirming payment.But this app hung up at the screen “Processing payment, please wait”. Please fix.FYI and to help you address the bug, I run the latest version of iOS on an iPhone 15 Pro Max. And the latest version of the app

It’s so great to see a hospital improving their app. The standard out there is pretty rough — I don’t know why everything in healthcare has to be so clunky and hard to use.But this app… I was signed up in minutes. I could search doctors by earliest available appointment. It even shows me all same day appointment options in one place. It’s not perfect, but wow, great improvement.

This app is great. Up to date information and alerts that just make sense when you look at the dashboard. Being able to switch easily form the MyChart dedicated app to this one specific to the hospital/physicians I see for my health is truly GREAT. I’m excited to see what else this app will bring on my health journey in life.
