I wanted to email my provider but I failed because the subject of my email is not among those provided for in new messages. I had to call my provider and suffer a more complicated procedure with the many filters involved. i suggest that topics on the “ new messages” should be expanded to include “ other topics”

I stress so badly when needing to make an appointment. The number of times that I have needed to follow up or make repeated phone calls to be able to get the help I need versus having to go to an urgent care or even an ER. Ultimately, I end up calling for a teledoc appointment to get what I need because it’s faster, although I’m not sure how efficient that is. Optum switched to a new app and it is far worse than the previous app. There are very few useful sections for a patient to choose from in order to get the help or resources needed. Well, I am computer and app savvy. I feel sorry for those who are not and for the senior citizens who don’t even know how to begin to navigate. System is complicated as this one. There are many more areas that can use fine-tuning versus the options provided to the patient to reach out to the care providers.Once open enrollment comes around again next year I’m gonna be looking for alternatives. This is very disheartening because I really valued the supportive care. I’ve been able to find an Optum, but at this point, I feel like the patient has to be vetted and verified and allowed permission to contact their provider..

Every time I open this app I experience different problems. Right now I cannot view my messages or any other information for that matter due to notification "Internal Server Error." I am in my 20's and know how to navigate websites and technology well, but I cant imagine how frustrating this would be for an older individual who isn't as tech savvy. I never write reviews but I am really frustrated not being able to access my medical information and having to rely on this app. In addition to online systems, Optum has a very messy and unorganized way of regulating patient care. My local clinic has a 2.3 rating.. Think i'm going to find a new office soon

So this is the app that took over the previous Optum app. And this app is worthless. I open it and it’s telling me my Wi-Fi is unstable not safe. Internet is safe and encrypted took ad blocker down. Still can’t sign in because I get an error about my Wi-Fi. Worst app I’ve ever had to deal with from Optum. Why would you replace the previous app that was working fine to this one that I cannot use called Technical Support at the number provided by and they’re closed during business hour at 2 o’clock Pacific standard time which the hours were on my email if I could give it a zero star I would’ve have
