I do like the app for being able to message with the doctors, but I have found that even though I’m trying to add my patients other doctors that do show up on this app I am not able to add them to my patients list. I do like being able to see referrals, but whenever we get referrals in the app, I am not able to see any of the information except the referral number so I do not know who to call, or the address of where to go. I usually still need to call the office to get the information for my patient.

My worst visit ever to an Optum facility. First, I went to the address that I got on my referral to find out that you had moved not realizing that I had received a text with a new address which never stated it was a new address when I got to check in. The girl was very rude at the front. I told her about the situation and we going to the wrong building and that I had tried calling and her answer to me was do you want me to answer the phone or do you want me to help the people there’s only one of me. Everything was so rushed during this visit. I was on time to my appointment even though I went to the wrong place waited 30 minutes, and then when I went to the back room. The one that came in to do my blood pressure made it very adamant that the visit would only be 15 ask no other questions than what I was there for. Even though I could feel a regrowth of something that was on the top of my head that I had lasered off last year the person I saw she was OK but she was in a rush talking a mile a minute because she had 15 minutes to see me and then she left 11 minutes I didn’t even get my whole 15 minutes in healthcare has really changed. You guys have these people overworked and your corporate should find a better way to find a way to let us know when things have changed very, very disappointed in this visit today, I had a rash on my leg underneath my prosthetic. She never even asked me how long have you been wearing a prosthetic? there wasn’t any questions leading up or that should’ve been asked about my amputation how long I’ve been wearing it. very disappointed.

I stress so badly when needing to make an appointment. The number of times that I have needed to follow up or make repeated phone calls to be able to get the help I need versus having to go to an urgent care or even an ER. Ultimately, I end up calling for a teledoc appointment to get what I need because it’s faster, although I’m not sure how efficient that is. Optum switched to a new app and it is far worse than the previous app. There are very few useful sections for a patient to choose from in order to get the help or resources needed. Well, I am computer and app savvy. I feel sorry for those who are not and for the senior citizens who don’t even know how to begin to navigate. System is complicated as this one. There are many more areas that can use fine-tuning versus the options provided to the patient to reach out to the care providers.Once open enrollment comes around again next year I’m gonna be looking for alternatives. This is very disheartening because I really valued the supportive care. I’ve been able to find an Optum, but at this point, I feel like the patient has to be vetted and verified and allowed permission to contact their provider..

This office always has been incredibly organized , staff up front and in the back awesome and the Doctors Dr Peterson , Dr Sabir , Dr Sadayan and Phillip Pytrk PA are absolutely fantastic, compassionate and I can tell the patients love making visits . My mom Nancy and myself feel lucky to have them at Optum and I tell as many people I can about their great service . My Dad Grady had Dr Peterson for over twenty five years before he passed . The office runs like a smooth machine and when you leave you 95 % of the time have your upcoming appointments, referrals and lab visit scheduled . Love the new office thank you Michelle P. RN
