So far this entire thing seems a little sketchy every time I try to Make a Payment it does not show that I have a payment scheduled. When I did it with debit card the payment didn’t go through until weeks later when I thought it was already paid did not have the money in my cash app to cover it then attempt it again I believe it was the next day when I did have the $ to cover it by that time I was already 200 in the negative thinking I was spending money that I already paid up. Same thing I just connected my bank account the other night to make a payment the payment went through I got a confirmation I always screenshot my payment confirmation but yet it’s not showing in pending payments nor has it attempted the withdraw but even more sketchy you seriously cannot even enroll in “due dates” being shown unless you are enrolled in auto pay. I have two one accounts neither are N Rd. and auto pay in both of them tell me when my due date is. This banking company is trying to set people up for a fail lol

Because after my feedback CONCORA CREDIT took the time to read and reply which shows me they are listening to their card holders feedback which is a good start & will help the future of this app & their cards & products going forward…Hello so I have seen reviews on Celtic bank about how indigo card didn’t have any app , so I m glad you guys finally got one up for it , I don’t have my card yet but I will say I’ve logged in a few times to check the app out , I have other cards with fully functioning apps , this one is on its way I’ll say that but please you there is so much you need to add , biometric log in , or pin log in having to use a password every time is a pain , I noticed no document center with info needed that needs added only basic stuff shows (again it’s better then nothing ) but if you want customers to stay they need to feel safe & valued able to see finances & a functioning help center possible chat option card holders don’t want to feel sub prime . This card has potential above others in its class . If you take the time to invest in card holders more will apply. Other then that im just super happy there is at least a functional app ( bare bones ). But there ! Here’s hoping updates help bring it to life .

Rip off interest rates and yearly fee make it 50+ percent interest to use your card

This company handles milestone and a couple other cards and I know they weigh the yearly fee because of actually listen to them do it for other customers that introduce me to the company, but then I call because I do the math and with my yearly rate in my interest rate because I’m rebuilding my credit. Depending on which card I’m at I’m paying anywhere from 40 to 50+ percent interest essentially to use their cards and they’re not worth it. There are plenty of other cards that do charge you an interest in a yearly fee and they’ll charge you $48 a year instead of 125 or 200 or whatever and they will up your credit you know I’ve been with them over a year never had a late payment always pay more than the minimum amount due and they still don’t wanna up your credit not after six months not after a year nothing but other companies will do it after three and I’ve got nine cards now and this company has happen to be the company I started with and milestone is the first one I started with. I still have a $300 limit with them that’s all they will give me even though I’ve got other companies have given me thousands of dollars with half the interest rate. Car loans that $50,000 at 3% interest rate from car dealerships. This company is just a flat out scam or they’re not training their employees properly either way if you can avoid it go with a different company.

Super honest review#
I was approached at Home Depot by a Home Depot improvement worker, I didn't realize he was home improvement he had a black vest on instead of orange. Note that Home Depot cashiers wear orange vest. Anyway, I applied and I received the $1500 card, as soon as I got the card's bill I made a payment, as I have seen in the previous reviews that I did not take heed to, my payment was returned twice by concora. I was not aware of this because I got a notification that said payment received and thank you and I checked on Concora credit site and it said payment received thank you. Low and behold I'm in Home Depot with this stuff in my cart in front of everyone my card is declined, two days later I receive a letter stating that my account has been closed because of fraudulent and payment activity!!! conCora has my number and text me payment and emailed me when a payment was due but they did not have any backbone to call me or text me or email me and ask me if I have possession of the card or if there's any fraudulent activity, they just closed the account without any consideration of me being embarrassed and taking a trip to the store. I highly recommend that you read the reviews for this card and take heed because the same thing happened to me, I received the card, made a payment the payment was sent back and all they can tell me is that they have a discretion to close the account at any time at their discretion, not a good company I strongly strongly recommend that you use your senses and do not apply for or accept this card. you are not a human being to them.
