Workout Builder lets you create custom workouts on your iPhone and send them to your Apple Watch.
Build advanced workouts like:
- Running workouts for tempo runs, intervals, hill sprints

- Paced workouts – set a time and distance goal and pace your workout
This app has great potential. I have not been using it very long, but I only have one critique at this time. That is to have the option to create an Indoor Cycle workout. Right now there is just an option on the App for Cycling only and when you upload it to your Apple Watch, it loads into the Outdoor Cycle activity. I have a trainer with my Trek DS bike on it using the Bontrager Duo Trap S Bluetooth device to track speed, distance and cadence and when using the Outdoor Cycle activity it did not calculate my speed and distance. When I use one of the pre installed Custom Indoor Cycle workouts on the Apple Watch it does track speed, distance and cadence.
Super helpful!

I really love this app! It makes it so much easier for me to create running intervals or even run x other things (I do CrossFit). When I’m doing runs and machine work or other movements I just set a long period of time for the non runs and hit next on my watch during to go to the next interval. It’s really helpful for tracking how long things take me and getting data for my specific runs. Way easier than trying to do it directly on my Apple Watch with the super tiny screen
Lots of potential

I’m liking the app so far, lots of control for users as it’s highly configurable, but that may be overwhelming for some. I cannot believe Apple doesn’t allow this in the activity app already, configuring a run with intervals or anything else is a pain when using the tiny Apple Watch screen. Suggestion, you can’t really see the cursor in input fields. Can you make it more prominent? It’s hard to change numbers because of this.
We shouldn’t need this but I’m grateful it exists

It’s so weird that this app needs to exist. I paid 10 bucks so that I don’t have to stand there poking at my watch for 20 minutes. Thank you for solving this problem for me.
