This is a completely useless app. You have to download it once you open it, which takes forever. When you finally get it open, there’s no way to get it to catch up to where you are on the tour. As an American, I had zero clue what was being said.

Look, it’s not a perfect app but it worked for me. Make sure you download the app AND the audio. Traveling in Germany I had no service so I did that at the hotel. And then make sure location services are turned on for the app. But, with that all in place I was able to easily follow our route and play the audio for the various sights. A little involved to set up, but at least they make this option available if you don’t speak German! Separate from the app, make sure to show up early to get decent seats. The last available seats under the glass aren’t even worth it, you can’t see anything during the cruise.

The app doesn’t track and play anything and when you try and tap them to play them manually it crashes.
