Sent two messages two days ago , no response yet. The set up was easy though. Update they took almost a week to respond, but they fixed that issue,, the app has a glitch to where you post a payment. It will say pending but drop off and then they will mark your account delinquent and charge you a $29 fee. This is an issue I had to have fixed because of this. I’m taking it down to two stars apps should not have these kinds of glitches to where you end up paying a late fee for something that was there era. I’m gonna pay this car down and not use it anymore. Customers beware.

I first want to thank the app developers and team maintaining this easy to use app. They keep it simple and I love the meter telling you how many payments you have left until your next credit limit increase. I started out around $300 and now I’m at $650. It took some time to get to this point but I love be rewarded for just paying my bill. They keep cost low compared to their competitors and I appreciate this company taking a chance on me. Thank you guys.

I have called this credit card so many times and keeps on disconnecting me when I choose the option to speak with their customer care. The emails with their link are not consistent, it will take you to their home page (no option to login to your account, just download their app - it won’t allow me to download). I’m starting to think they are scammers, already placed a report to the consumer financial.
