Imagine paying a mortgage but you want to easy see how much you have left and how much you’re paying toward interest instead of the actual loan! BOOM RoundPoint does all of these things. Sure. Other mortgage payment sites probably by law have to do the same thing but by golly is it easy to also do it with RoundPoint. Hopefully my mortgage doesn’t get resold to another company again!

I have enrolled after countless hours and many attempts to autodraft my checking account. I have no idea if it will work. The website is overly complicated, and the algorithm is designed to fail on the last step. I have tried to delete a prior checking account…5709 which is no longer open. I can not seem to make it go away, despite multiple attempts. The new funded checking account is …1903, which has been used this month on the 19th after calls on the 15th to make the payment. I dislike your website so much, but I was told if I didn’t have Anything nice to say, then remain silent.I will mention I had this set up on April 15 to be enacted for a payment in May, but because your website is so flawed, that input disappeared. Now I have to make May’s payment by a phone call. Your system is ….*#!!**

Old bank had a low escrow requirement. Our loan was sold to Roubdpoint this summer. Now (Nov) our monthly bill went up $300 per month. When we called RoundPoint customer service they said that RESPA requires a higher balance. That was a lie- RESPA allows the bank to collect a higher escrow balance (which the bank will use to earn interest instead of us)- it does not require it. To call in, the phone tree is LONG and irritating. And of course, because they’ve increased the escrow, you might think that it was because your insurance cost went up- so the phone tree tells you that you’re paying too much in insurance- just let us provide it for you. Yeah right. Have to respect how they try to make money. Shady.

When I got the email that my loan servicer was switching I was immediately dreading the process. Setting everything up again for online payments and connecting it all to the mobile app for easy payments and accessing my info regularly…. I never look forward to that process. But this was possibly the easiest setup I’ve had to do with a new company and new billing. Very intuitive, fast and efficient. Excellent app!
