Description

A delightfully simple todo app that respects your focus and privacy. There are no due dates, reminders, or push notifications.

Key Features:

**Two Lists**
Twodos is a single view app with 2 lists: "Sooner" and "Later". New items are put in "Sooner" by default, but if you don't need to worry about them right away, move them down to "Later". This simple paradigm makes triaging tasks easy, and keep stress to a minimum.

**Delightful Simplicity**
Enjoy a rich, interactive interface with custom sound design and haptic feedback.

**Flicks And Swipes**
Swipe an item to archive it, or flick your "Later" list up or down to control list density. It's easy to set a layout that works just for you.

**Customizable Appearance**
Personalize Twodos with a variety of accent colors. There's also support for both light and dark mode so it's easy on the eyes day or night.

**Widget Support**
With Home and Lock Screen widgets, you'll have your tasks visible at a glance, ensuring you never miss a beat.

**Privacy-Focused**
Your data stays yours. With on-device storage and iCloud backup, rest assured knowing your tasks are secure and accessible only to you. No third-party analytics or tracking.

This is amazing.

In reality the wheel - be it a bike/ car / horse & buggy or trolley just does one thing: it rolls. That one function turned out to be pretty useful in you know like… moving the world.

The point? Sometimes the best tool for the job doesn’t have many tools, which is exactly what makes it work.

GTD ,Priority Matrix, PARA method ,Pomodoro
Time blocking - methods made with apps filled with more and more tools to sell to the ever revolving door or people who fail to stick to one productivity system - obviously the apps fault, so they move to the next tool. Each more powerful than the ones that landed us on the moon, yet the cycle continues - growing even into automations that aggregate our todos through Zapier and IFTT so that our tasks can live harmoniously on even more powerful tools…
But when managing the tools and tuning them becomes the task well - if you’ve read this far I don’t think I need to spoon feed the rest, you get where I’m going.

ALTERNATIVELY - ask yourself this: you’re about 10 seconds away from the end if this post. When those seconds end what task are you going to do right now - and task make more sense to do later?

“Do Now / Do Later” - or if this method get famous enough “DNDL”

Ruthless prioritization. Focus on the next thing. Do it, now.

Really quite thrilled with this app!

I love Twodos’ design, first and foremost. It’s Things 3-level attention to detail, playful interactions, and smooth animations. Moreover, it just *works*, which is essential for me these days.

The Twodos methodology is one that I would love just a little refining to, but I see so much potential for me in getting myself away from copious projects and lists when I could really afford to simplify my system. The ability to add due dates would be absolutely wonderful, even just so that I could organize the “Later” section of the app.

One last thing: an iPad app (and eventually hopefully some kind of Mac port, whether through Catalyst or natively) would be the clincher that would have me switch to Twodos full-time. While I can make Stage Manager possibly work, I need something full-fledged in order to make using the app on all my devices worth the jump. I really adore this app upon first glance, and I’m looking forward to its future! Support independent developers!

Great!

Really like this app so far. There are a few things I’d like to see eventually but for now I’m just enjoying the most satisfying sound effects ever. (I’d like to be able to change the order of the Twodos in their respective list and also be able to swap the lists around the other way as well.)
