Health Meets Wellness offers concierge medicine, weight management and wellness services for adults aged 18 and up. The Health Meets Wellness app allows you to achieve your health goals with personalized nutrition and exercise programs.
Our program is personalized to optimize your body composition with your customized HMW Method exercise and nutrition program!

Here’s how it works:
Goals: Start by defining your short term and long term wellness goals. We’ll keep you motivated with your personalized meal plans, exercise routine and health coaching. Our goal is for you to both achieve and maintain your health and wellness goals!
Nutrition: Your personalized meals are viewable by day which makes it easy for you to plan, track, and review consistently. You’ll receive automatic updates when your new plan is published via notifications.
Exercise: Access your daily exercise routine from the comfort of your home or on the go with our app! Individualized programs are available in a short video format to help you build strength and lean muscle mass while losing fat.

Subscription Details：
If you choose to subscribe to Health Meets Wellness Pro for our additional features, you'll be billed annually, charged to your iTunes Account, which will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Auto-renew can be turned off anytime by going to your Account Settings in iTunes after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.
