As everybody else has already stated, this is basically just a timer. When you open the app, there’s a timer indicating how much time you have left in your fast before you can eat. When the timer runs out, you will have another timer that tells you how much time you have to eat before you have to start your fast again. Why do I need to pay $10 a week for a timer when I can just use my phone’s clock which also has a timer and it’s free? They also have a thing in the app where you can track your water intake. Because I drink 1-2 gallons of water a day without even trying, I have no use for that feature. When you download the app and you open it for the first time, they proceed to ask you a lot of questions in regard to your health and weight loss goals. The questions they ask you are irrelevant and have nothing to do with any of the features on the app. The only questions they asked me that are listed on the app is my starting weight, the amount of weight I wish to lose, and by what date I plan to lose it. Why ask me a series of health questions if you’re not even going to use any them minus my weight input? It just feels like I wasted my time answering the questions for nothing.Lastly, they have some cooking recipes on there. This is great because it’s always good to have some healthy cooking recipes to try. However, you can get tons of free, healthy cooking recipes online. So all that being said, I have to ask again why the weekly $10 for the app? I see based on other comments that it was $5 and from there they went up to $6. Now it’s at $10. I will be canceling before my three day trial is up. It’s just not for me when all the features you have in your app are features that I can get elsewhere for free so I have no need to pay $10 a week for it.
