Every time I try to submit the form I get an error message saying it didn’t go through. Just recently downloaded it for a trip to SA in July 2026. Never worked. Nobody checked and just wasted time. Declaration when you arrive in a country is fine (if it works) but for a tourist visiting this country I don’t understand why I need to declare my belongings when I leave… Never experienced this anywhere I have travelled in the world. But then again, I have never been to North Korea.

Logged in successfully only thanks to a tip from another reviewer, but then attempting to submit a declaration leads to a blank page and errors no matter what button you click. Also it requires an SA address but doesn't accept a different country for the phone number, making it impossible for international travelers to complete. The web portal works marginally better and doesn't require a login - skip the app, don't waste your time

The app registration process rejects my user name despite multiple attempts to use a different one each attempt to create an account. Gave up. Do not waste your time. Easier just to fill out the landing card apparently

It only gets 1 star because that’s the lowest option. For a governmental app this is embarrassing. Successively created an account, received email confirmation but then when attempting to login tells me I don’t have an account registered!?!
