I applied for a job and didn’t get it. I applied for another job that uses this app and had to change information in order to apply. But there is no way to contact someone or delete account to START ALL OVER. How are we supposed to delete the data inside the app to use it again for another company OR a different location?

My number one thing with this app is that my drivers have to scan every single package and mark them as undeliverable when their vehicles break down and they’re not able to finish their route. Way too time consuming and no one will compensate them for the time it takes them to scan and attempt 150 packages. There has to be an option to select a route and immediately mark all packages as undeliverable because of a vehicle breakdown just like I guess they do with the bad weather report but that never lets them select the route they have either

This app does not offer any option to delete my account or manage my personal data. I entered sensitive information such as my Social Security number, but there is no way to remove it. The company has also been unresponsive to my request for account deletion. This is not only concerning for privacy and security reasons, but it is also illegal under data protection laws to withhold the option for users to delete their accounts and personal information. The lack of account management and support options raises significant red flags regarding the app’s compliance with privacy regulations.

I worked for this company for two days, and it was a complete disappointment.The app constantly freezes, navigation doesn’t work properly, and routes are calculated incorrectly.It shows 175 delivery stops but displays the wrong total distance — the system is completely unreliable.The work organization is terrible, support doesn’t respond, and there’s no phone number to reach anyone.Payments are said to be weekly, but the first two weeks are held with no transparency.My advice: If you’re thinking about working as a driver here, stay away.This is not a professional system — you’ll just waste your time and energy.
