Previously i submitted a low rating because I lost access to the app. At the time I did not realize that was a trial period and DIY was online only through the browser. The individuals I talked to that helped me were top notch. The information in this app and service is invaluable. Manuals, TSBs, etc are in the best format I have seen from an autorepair manual service. If you work on vehicles or run a shop I highly recommend. Thank you Identifix for your outstanding product and amazing customer service. Yall lead the way in both of these areas. If youre a potential customer and scoping out what they offer, do not give it a second guess. You wont regret choosing them and their subscription. If your a DIYer this is hands down the best system for you. $30 per month is absolutely worth every penny for what you get. Very user friendly.

Was immediately locked out of the account after they got my payment info. They never got the account working for me BUT they continued to bill me for 6 months despite numerous requests to stop. Couldn’t stop it myself because they never unlocked the account. Finally cancelled the card, super convenient to have to go back to every vendor that card had recurring payments for.Trash service, not like it used to be. They talk a good talk about fixing things but never do anything more than respond to each attempt at communication and fail to follow up. You literally get your information stolen and no service or product in return. You have been warned.
