I can personally say that her workouts are effective and very enjoyable! As my online coach, Jo has helped me to get back in shape after my last 2 pregnancies. I am currently 8 months postpartum, and I’ve never felt better about myself before like I do now! Getting rid of that postpartum weight can be hard!! But with Jo’s workouts you will find it easy once you remain consistent! 🙏🏻❤️

I have dieted and worked out in the past but always fell off quickly or couldn’t stay consistent. I started doing GWJ workouts back in 4/24 online and I’ve lost around 35lbs so far. I love her whole energy/vibe she brings. She motivates you and keeps you going. I always feel so much better at the end of my workouts. How I feel when I am done and smiling is what has helped me stay consistent and on track. The new app is wonderful. I love the calendar and ability to add additional workouts. They just added a streak feature. Only quirk with that is I wish you could edit the streak parameters for if you only workout Monday-Friday that missing Saturday doesn’t reset yours. Other than that it has been phenomenal. So glad I spent the money to invest in my mind, body and soul.
