Bold is new to me and offered by Kaiser. I am so grateful because I know that it is the best thing for me. Bold works on a schedule but that’s the difficulr part for me. There are so many things that I do during my day that Bold is something i can pick up whenever i see my text for class. I do it if I have time. I have other exercise classes and I also walk 90 minutes five days per week. Thank you Bold and Kaiser! I REALLY appreciate you both😃!

So glad Kaiser allows this as an option. Doesn’t need zoom!The instructors are more positive and supportive for seniors. Great if you’re homebound, or even to save a trip to the gym, since they have a variety of activity levels that you can schedule on your time. Many reminders, programs. Helps with anxiety so you can be the bold person you were meant to be.

I’m 66 & have multiple health issues. I needed something designed for geriatrics. I try to keep active & need to build strength.I love how there’s plenty of options to choose from, especially as I need seated workouts for now. I was able to select enough workouts to suit me & keep me engaged. I was able to get a workout that I could finish & feel productive. I’m currently working on Tai Chi & love it.

Took me a bit to figure out the live vs recoded classes. I like the option of watching a re order class before I commit to it. This allows me to know if it’s the right level of exercise for me. I like that there is a lot of level abilities. Still pushing the App and learning more each week. Great to be able to do these classes in the comfort of your own home and schedule.
