Everything seems to have gone off the rails since their "tech upgrade."I've been waiting for six weeks for a new MasterCard debit card. I've been through two temporary cards while waiting. At one point my second temporary card stopped working and I found out it was because the expiration date in their system was different than the date on the card. I'm not sure why but it's nearly impossible to get the telephone app to open up. It would appear that they are blocking my VPN. I have to juggle back-and-forth for about 10 minutes before I'll find a VPN location that will allow the website to open up. Now, why on earth would a bank block of VPN which is designed to keep me safe?!
I would not recommend this bank anymore.

The app is incredibly slow. I love the bank and am happy with everything except the app. I have a terrible time logging in, it takes about 5 minutes for it to load and when it does it’s not always accurate if I just went to the ATM or made a transaction. It seems to lag. It seems like there are some issues. This never used to be a problem.
