Have been using this app for 6~ months and it is so helpful and useful. No matter the insurance carrier, I can see all of my policies with Goosehead in one place (don’t need an app for every carrier - Progressive, Travelers, Mercury, etc.). I can chat directly in the Goosehead app with a licensed customer service agent and request updates to policies (ie. vehicle change) or docs (ie. home dec page for a re-fi). Best part has to be me always being in control and never in the dark. I see how many days until my policies are renewing and the current coverage limits. Login is the easiest thing ever using my cell phone #, no saving passwords.

Unable to login and talk to customer support

First off, I’m glad there is an app that makes it easy to talk to insurance support.However, there are usability issues with the app itself.First, when choosing the “state” during the “Get Started” process; the state list are not in alphabetical order. This makes it frustrating to find the state i have insurance for.Second, when chatting and the Goosehead bot leaves, it gives you no indication the time it will take to talk to support. On the computer, the chat gives an estimated wait time. In the app, there is zero notice if and when someone will help.Third, I am unable to verify my insurance information using the email and information I have on record. It constantly keeps saying it doesn’t exist.Using this app is frustrating and the developers need to do way more testing before releasing it to the public.
