Map does not moves

I am not sure what has happened to the app since this recent update, but when I go in to track my child’s bus you cannot zoom out or move around on the map in order to get a better view of where the bus is. This is causing a lot of confusion since the bus is hardly on time n your not sure where the bus is until you see it on your road/street.

Needs to be improved for parents not just to hide impurities!

This is the first year I’ve had to use this app probably because the amount of complaining I did last year about not getting ANY type of updates on the buses! But NOW all of a sudden since said updates were made, I can’t even track our bus because you’ve reduced the viewers search perimeters and there’s only ONE reason you did that and that was to HIDE when the buses are doing something wrong. Because what other reason would you have to NOT allow parents/students to see where their bus is coming from. Before the update, we could see if there’s a big time gap or a small gap between the buses arrival but now we’re just limited to seeing the bus itself coming down one street at a time! For the people that aren’t native to NC, how are we supposed to know what street is what? You don’t even let us look at our home stop anymore let alone the buses distance from it. And I’m pretty sure the numbers listed on the app to reach dispatch was purposely falsified or disconnected! Literally gonna delete this app if changes arent made, literal waste of time.

Absolute TRASH app

This app is AWFUL. Like one of my genuine worst app experiences. Not exaggerating, it doesn’t update or even show the bus %80 of the time. Monday it shows the bus two miles away when it’s actually down the street. Tuesday the bus doesn’t even show up. Wednesday it works. Thursday the app shows the bus 10 miles away, I call the school and they say it’s actually at the school. Friday the bus is subbed and running a joint route but of course the app just doesn’t show a bus at all, no explanation. I can count on one hand the number of times it’s accurately tracked the bus. As a result, I’m waiting at the bust stop for 30+ minutes just to make sure I’m there for my kid when she gets off the bus. After the latest “update” you can’t even zoom out on the map!! I’m so annoyed that our district migrated to this useless app. It’s like their intention is to get us to stop using school buses altogether by making this app as unreliable as possible. Just daily stress wondering where my child is.

Icing on the cake, after a number of issues…- phone app version does not generate activation links (I have number of screen shots and days of trying with the 2 min timer kicking off and searched my trash and spam folders and ended up with nothing-> only worked to kick off the activation link if I used my personal laptop…nothing explained this, no FAQ made me miss the sign up date for the first day of school. - School was not even listed correctly when trying to set up my student and again lost another 3-4 days trying to find someone to clear this up as there were potentially two schools listed that each possessed half of my child’s school name-> finally got that resolved by contacting someone at the school because the county’s transportation services would never pick up the phone- LAST but the worst….and currently dealing with…finally get my child set up and she rode home on the bus in the afternoon…3 hrs later her entire profile and bus route assignment is GONE!!!! I have no idea what bus number she may have in the morning and when I tried to re-enter her information it says she exists but no transportation is assigned!!!

- Dark mode is here: choose Light, Dark, or System under More > Appearance. The map, stop markers, and radius ring go dark too. - More reliable startup: the app no longer gets stuck when your language fails to load. - If your session can't be renewed, you're taken straight to sign-in instead of a blank screen. - Page titles now appear in your chosen language. - Cleaner Set Alerts screen, and repeated error messages no longer stack up.
